What I didn’t like about the property was how far our room was from the immediate area with everything there. I did not really care for how it’s not really cultured enough for people who are of color. I would like to see more employees other than Hispanic housekeepers working in customer service. I would like to see maybe more bands coming out that are of color performing. The overall staff, I’ve only seen one African-American woman that is a huge cultural issue. I think if it was more cultured, you have more traffic of African-American people. Also, in my room there were spiderwebs, and if there is a spiderweb, that means it was not thoroughly cleaned.

I like the Villa aesthetics and how clean the property is I like the pool area how everything is in one spot.

Honestly, "to my taste," I found the pillow somewhat uncomfortable, but that doesn't mean I didn't rest. A bit "high," it wasn't comfortable in my opinion.

Loved how everything was in one spot! The café had the best chocolate chip cookie. The staff was friendly and all the cagged birds made it seem like it was tropical. The room a suite was large and the private patio was spacious and clean. The spa staff was polite and accommodating. The main restaurant left a lot to be desired. No basic salad, lack of seasoning and just wasn't impressed with the menu.

My king room was very spacious. Appreciate the boxed water. Grounds and gardens were beautiful. And loved that the Lodi Wine Center is adjacent with extremely reasonable tasting fees and wines.

I wish the check in sign stood out a bit more, we drove past it thinking it was part of the restaurant building. We requested early check in 6 weeks ahead of time, then again the day before and day of. We drove in from out of town for a wedding and wanted to freshen up before we went. It didn’t happen so that was definitely a huge bummer.

It was very gorgeous with its lush gardening and flowers all through the grounds. The patio at the onsite restaurant was beautiful and we enjoyed the live music. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

The grounds are beautiful. The accommodations were amazing. The staff was great. Best part is they are dog friendly! Our dog received his own welcome cookies, food bowls (to use) and a little note.

Would have liked the ability to see a restaurant menu in the room, also we had no idea that room service was available until we were leaving. More options for breakfast would have also been appreciated.

The grounds were amazing, the room was extremely clean and well appointed. I loved the privacy and the ambience of the entire facility. The fact that they grow many of their own fruits, vegetables and herbs was very nice.

The room had recently been renovated so it looked great but it still had a smell so a large fan helped with the doors open. . Everyone was very nice but make sure the room is aired out first if it's been closed up for a while
