Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesIn bad need of renovation. Rotted wood, rusty stove, tub peeling and needed re-glazing. Balcony had been sweep but trash was left in a corner. Bed sunk in. Lamp shades had some gross residue .With upgrades this would go from 3 stars to possibly 9 stars.
Location was perfect! Smelled and looked clean. Staff were friendly!

United StatesStay was great rooms are clean but very out dated so if your looking for fancy don't stay but if your looking for clean place that is on the boardwalk with great views it's perfect it also has a heated pool and hot tub . It's also right next to the pier with the wicked tuna restraunt that sets off fireworks every Wednesday at 9pm.
It was clean and on the boardwalk beautiful view.

United StatesThe room felt outdated and would benefit from renovation. While most of the room was clean, the toilet was dirty upon arrival, which was disappointing. The laundry room was in poor condition – filthy with old machines that didn’t seem well-maintained. It discouraged us from using the service, so we ended up drying our clothes on the balcony. We also faced an issue with the pool – it was only open one of the three days we stayed, as it was closed for cleaning the other two. That was frustrating. Lastly, the first-floor area wasn’t pleasant to walk through – the windows were dusty and made the place feel neglected. With some updates and better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
I enjoyed my stay overall. The location is great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the ocean view from the balcony was standing 😍

United StatesThe elevator is outside the pool area and the floor stays so wet. It can be hazardous. Not enough blankets for the beds. The Murphy bed only had sheets and an extra sheet. The beds were a little hard but slept pretty well. The lighting was dim and the light in the kitchen area didn't work at all.
There is plenty of space in the rooms. It didn't feel cramped.

United StatesThe picture of the room online did not match up with what my room actually looked like yes it had two beds and yes it had a mini fridge microwave sink area which was helpful but the room I had was very much more dated than the room I viewed pictures of online
