My only disappointment was around the spa. It definitely gave the vibe of high end luxe spa, but the sauna was not hot enough, the steam room was not hot enough, and my $400 exfoliating treatment was a complete waste of money. The massage therapist spent 80 minutes fumbling with my body, and the exfoliation treatment was so basic. I've literally done better exfoliation on myself in the shower with a loofah and an $8.99 sugar scrub from Walgreen's. They did a partial refund for the service, which I appreciated, but I would've much rather had the luxe treatment I hoped for.

The hotel was even more beautiful in person than in pictures & the service was absolutely impeccable. The gym was well-equipped with state of the art equipment that appeared to be brand new, and it provided complimentary water (in sustainable, refillable containers), fruit, snacks and a water filling station. I stayed in the Queen double suite which was gorgeous, spacious and full of natural light. I was really impressed with everything about it. Two smart TVs with all the apps, lots of plugs and USB outlets, a wet bar, a dressing area, a safe, an iron... a very well-appointed room! The location was great and within walking distance of bourbon street, the french quarter, frenchmen street, the CBD and a host of restaurants, shopping, bars and the casino. Everything felt personal and warm and anything I needed the staff graciously accommodated. The spa was also gorgeous and the ROBES were absolutely heavenly, but the facility itself and the treatment left much to be desired.

The shower in the bathroom creates quite a big mess on the floor - unfortunately regardless of how you turn the shower head, the floor was always flooded and we had to use towels to mop up the spray for safety.

The Salon tea service was delightful and a wonderful experience away from the standard New Orleans. The room was perfect for our family of 5 - large, comfortable, and yet cozy at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed valeting our car and not needing to use it again until we checked out - the location can't be beat.

So comfortable, cool and quiet. A perfect balance to the hot, humid and festive outings of New Orleans. The staff was exceptionally gracious. The Windsor Court’s location was absolutely perfect for our needs, the breathtaking art made me very happy and the pool was a much needed respite.

I never was able to get more than luke warm water from the shower.

Comfort, you can't better that, all the people just really nice. My corgi was made to feel right at home. My niece loved the swimming pool.

A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion. Parking is expensive but that seems to be everywhere for this location.

Liked everything about this property. It is super classy and comfortable. All the staff are top notch and professional. In a safe area and walking distance to restaurants. Stocked refrigerator if desperate for a soda like I was. Quieter part of the city therefore a peaceful nights sleep. Hated to leave. We arrived early and our room was ready and they let us check in 4 hours early.

This time, we noticed that the hot water in the bathroom was difficult to regulate. Had to manœuvre quite a bit to get the correct temperature, and then the temperature wasn’t stable. We appreciate the size of the bath/shower area, but find the combination of the tub and glass door unwieldy for seniors. A walk-in shower with glass doors and European shower attachments would be ideal for us.

We have known the Windsor Court for some years, and have always appreciated the particular combination of amenities: the suite style of the rooms, the calm and comfortable atmosphere when you want to retire from the quarter, access to dining and spa services, and the flowers. The layout of the bathroom is particularly nice, with the sink, dressing table, and shower all separated for privacy. Feels like home.

The Spa must be small because no reservations were available. Maybe a larger spa.

The location, friendliness, helpfulness, & competence of the staff was exceptional. Picking up a coffee or having drinks in the Polo Room we’re great. The room was a good size & certainly appreciated the room next to bathroom with a basin & additional space to put on makeup & dry my hair. Would definitely recommend The Windsor & certainly return.
