You can see in between the cracks of both the sliding doors one entry to bathroom and the second entry to the living room. The AC unit in the bedroom was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY loud (but at night it became like white noise to sleep). Breakfast HORRIBLE.

Beds are comfortable. I liked the double entry bathroom. Sliding doors for privacy to the bedroom huge plus. Double vanity also a huge plus cause we were traveling as a family. Nice staff.

We received a false complaint about noise being too loud. I had to explain that we were very quiet because my son is disabled and doesn't like loud noises and my husband is also disabled. I offered the clerk to come and see for herself..it was resolved. We had to go to the service desk to get our own blankets and extra towels because housekeeping was not on the clock at 9pm. And the front desk lady could not leave her post. But other than that the staff was very nice

I like how clean and friendly the staff were. Nice location in a very clean area. Outside the property even has a small pond next to it very nice

I don't like for some that is a frequent guest, I don't always like the room that I get sometimes the view is terrible, sometime I'm place to the back overlooking the back of adjacent buildings or car park to the back, the breakfast could also be improved eg. The eggs are not prepared well and the harsh brown terrible

I had some problems checking in, which almost left me on the streets for the night. The Wi-Fi isn't great and I ended up having to move room to resolve it

The room was fantastic. Very big and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. One of the managers, Jessica, was amazing with resolving the few issues I had. The price was also reasonable given the room!

The breakfast needs alot of help. Eggs/runny, sausage/hockey puck, gravy/yuck!!!!!!! This was really bad. That being said, the rest was excellent. The room was better than hoped for,. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The entry doors. Very cumbersome when dealing with luggage and a pet. But not too bad!

Great size spacious room with 2 TVs! Comfortable room, bed and good shower. Kitchenette a plus. Frig needs defrost. Appreciate elevator . Dated but clean (except pigeon poo on balconies) with a Grecian vibe. Breakfast was wonderful!! Self waffles and pancakes and hot biscuits and gravy, etc. Kudos to the worker who was back and forth to both areas and cleaning tables! Pool was nice but just a couple of lounge chairs so sat on hot metal chairs and hot tub out of order. Good location and walk to some fast food. Very good weeks stay and price was a great value!

Changed my room to upper floor even though another room had been assigned on 1st floor. Difficult due to knee surgery and did not care. Also called to question my therapy dog even though we had done the paperwork. Rude! Stayed there multiple times and this is 1st time had difficulty.

We did not get any clean towels for our second night. Due to spring training, it was definitely over-priced. Would have been better if it was a little less expensive.

Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was older but comfortable. We did not have any extra noise at night, so it was quiet. Our granddaughter loved the breakfast and coffee was good.
