The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was nice. The general location of the hotel is great if you are going to the festival -- just a short walk away. The main buildings and gardens were cute and well kept. The Duet Suite does have two bedrooms and bathrooms. Once we were able to move to a room in the main hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

We booked the Duet Suite. While the hotel website states it is in an alley, I was not prepared for being in an outbuilding across an alley from the main hotel with parked cars, power lines, and a line up of garbage cans on one side and two porta-potties on the other. Yes, it has a little patio, but it is a sad location. We thought we had booked a cute boutique hotel so this was a real disappointment. In addition, when we entered the room, we were met with an immediate pervasive musty smell. They provided an air purifier but it did not remove the smell. After two nights we were able to switch to a room in the main hotel, and that was lovely.

The staff was very friendly and professional! The food was spectacular.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The bathroom with all the products, the lush sheets and balcony, in room coffee - all were wonderful. Thank you!

The staff see to every detail. We felt as though we were living in luxury! Location was perfect and the grounds are beautiful.

We love this inn & have stayed there many times. The staff is wonderful & food exceptional.

We did not like our room this last time & will choose one we have stayed in before. This room was smaller & difficult to get around.

Central location with easy access to OSF theaters. Very comfortable room, lovely breakfast. Would stay here again.

I received a great last minute discount from Booking.com for this room. It would have been out of my price range otherwise.

The room was beautiful (bright and spacious and great location) and the breakfast is far beyond what any normal breakfast at a hotel is.

The bed is simply too soft and not supportive. If people traveling have any back issues and need a supportive bed this may not be the place for you. We stayed here two years ago (when my back wasn’t as bad) and I recall the bed being quite soft. This time I had to make the pull out sofa in the middle of the night to fall asleep

This was the most beautiful hotel! The owners and staff paid attention to elevate every detail.

There was nothing to criticize. I will stay longer on my next stay.
