Gambling was just okay. I played slots only and I felt the machine selections were just okay. The location is a little drive off Interstate 5 so not super convenient if you are just stopping by for a short time.

My room was very clean, modern and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant on site and it was very good.

We arrived later in the evening we were pulling a small U-Haul bringing my daughter home from college. The staff was kind to put us in a location that I could feel comfortable about parking the RV. We’re very helpful with our bags. When we got in the front desk, was working with a new computer system, but we’re all very helpful and apologetic for the time it was taking, though it really was not taking long as soon as we woke up in the morning we were back on the road so we really didn’t spend much time but we were able to go to the pool in the evening for about 30 minutes before it closed other than the person smoking outside. It was a great time.

That other guests were not considerate of time and noise. Could be my age, however 2:30 am is not a fun time to be awakened by others.

Once you valet park you don't have to go elsewhere. The Jr Suite was quite large and roomy.

My room, thankfully, was a non-smoking room; however, there are lots of smokers on premise so there is that smokey/ashy scent in the air.

Staff were very helpful upon checking in. My room was extremely comfortable. I had a chance to use the mini-gym and it was small but nicely appointed. I had the pot roast dinner from the restaurant and it was super tender - really well done. As I'm an early riser, there was no one else using equipment. Seasons waitstaff were very good, too.

The restaurant experience. The waitress we had was amazing (going to school to be a dentist), but no host to sit us down so all were waiting a while to get seated. The Cesar salad was old, lettuce was brown and welted and overdressed. The fact that the bar closes at 9 (closed earlier due to staffing) for regular menu. As a casino, it would be good to staff it a bit more, or maybe have some grab and go hot options for late dinner and breakfast.

All the staff was kind and helpful, but particularly the lady with long black hair, who had a buz cut at the bottom. Sorry we couldn't remember her name, but she was awesome. So was the second person who helped up on the 2nd stay on our way back from Cali.

We didn't use any facilities or services - just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Parking was close, easy and free. Left early in the morning so skipped breakfast.

Spa is closed and no live entertainment. Coffee/tea making facilities in room are very poor. Need more choice and include mini UHT long life milk instead of milk powder poison.

Comfortable bed and ample room. Nice quiet air conditioning! Love the heated pool and hot tub. Always accommodate us on ground floor near pool area. Restaurant is good with new wine menu.

The only thing I didn’t like is waiting too long to get back my $150 deposit I had to put down on the room over and above my nightly rate… I believe that should be refundable the same day as checkout… I’m still watching my bank account to see when it will be there

I’m a big fan of continental breakfast but they did not have one. You either had to get room service or go to the restaurant in the casino. I wish they would have had cream for your coffee instead of the powder and sugar packets. Also none of the vending machines in the hotel worked so you had to go to the bar or restaurant for anything besides water or coffee

The room was really nice, the bed was comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub was amazing! I really appreciated how late they were open (11:00)

Our room was located right above the entrance. All night we heard people talking and going in and out of the entrance and in the hallway. It made sleeping very difficult.

The casino is beautiful. The room was large and luxurious.
