Only 1 pillow per person and the bed was not as cushy as we would have liked and no extra blankets or little bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Best part was the staff- extremely helpful and nice. We could not do breakfast because we were in Wilsonville for medical appointments. Loved the location too. Very convenient and clean

The upstairs room and hallway are excellent but the reception area and desk area look shabby . Also, no smoking inside so staff and visitors hung outside under the reception canopy ( it was raining) to smoke.. which you walk thru. Also, no adequate area for dogs to walk . The dog bathroom patch of grass was so stinky, my Aussie dog wouldn’t even walk on it.

The room was spotless. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The floor is wood & clean. The hallway carpet looked new or freshly cleaned . The bathroom floor and tub etc were immaculate.

The only thing is that could be different is to have coffee pots in the rooms and have the sink outside the bathroom. Can't complain to much though.

The room was nice and quiet. It was pretty clean and the staff there are amazing. They didn't charge a deposit which is awesome.

Not enough amenities. Just free coffee, but a small vending machine with very few items. House keepers loud in hallways while trying to sleep in past 8:30 am.

Fridge keeps freezing my food then temp drops down and there’s a puddle of water inner t of it.I had to throw away food multiple times.

The entrance/lobby was not very welcoming. Staff was helpful but didn't seem happy. The bathroom had the minimum amenities possible (soap and toilet paper): no facial tissues, shampoo or conditioner. The towels were very thin.

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and the nightly rate was very economical.

The room had an odd smell to it that I couldn't get rid of.

It was very quiet and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was excellent.

Bathroom was usable but not pleasant. Sink area and toilet clean and good. Tub was probably clean but had dark colors under built in bath pad that made it look moldy. NO BARS FOR SAFETY anywhere in bathroom. Made bathtub totally unusable for our elderly bodies. There were rusted sprinkler heads on the ceiling and something else rusted near the shower head. Very unappealing. General feeling of old tacky motel. A long black hair on the outside of the tub pretty much topped it off. We "showered" in the bathroom sink both nights we were there.

The room was clean and pleasant. Beds comfortable. The lady at the desk the night we checked in (July 27) and the next morning (same lady) was very helpful and friendly. Young lady there the evening of the 28th looked like she was in her pajamas, but was helpful. Lady morning of 29th was friendly and helpful.

Lights beside the bed didn't work. Had to turn off lights from main switch by the door, meaning after turning off the lights one had to make way through the dark, back down the hall and around the bed to go to sleep. The room did not have a notepad or writing tool. I needed both.

The front desk lady was not very friendly. We had been fishing and I felt she judged by appearance and was not very welcoming.

This hotel is very convenient and serves well as a home base for a trip, it's located very close to the highway so it's great for if you want to save a little money and visit multiple towns near Portland

When I first checked in my room smelt like someone had been smoking in it just before I got there

My room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking. There are always problems and every day. The staff makes the difference and in this case when I told them my concerns, they moved me to a better room immediately without issue
