The property implemented a new policy of charging for parking and refused to honor my booking.com reservations amount. I was charged the additional parking fees which I did not appreciate.

I like the two bedroom setup for my family. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hallways were very humid, hot, and smelly. The elevator always had a funny smell and it did not work properly.

No pool, shouldn't have to pay full price when you don't get all the amenities they offer. Elevators where iffy. Definitely not worth the money.

Well, I went there because there was supposed to be the indoor pool, but I drove close to 4 hours and found out the pool has been out of order for close to 2 months. So, it wasn't worth $240 for the night. Breakfast was good, though.

Breakfast was below average. No low- fat milk or oat milk or almond milk. Powdered eggs and not a great selection of fruit. It was fine but nothing really special. Passable with coffee and cereal and some eggs. They did have a waffle machine if you like that.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. I had a King studio suite and it had a little kitchen. It was wonderful to have a fridge, stove top , real coffee maker and microwave. The room was super comfortable with a large screen tv and a comfortable couch with a living room table.

Pool was not heated, It was actually really cold. I was not a fan of the breakfast.

The size of the room was great. I loved having a kitchenette in the room with pots, pans, silverware and Plates, cups and bowels. This was nice since we stayed in town for a week. We didnt have to eat out daily. Scones for breakfast were amazing. Social hour was pretty cool.

My pillow had a faint hint of a smoker, the toilet ran if you didn't jiggle it.

Clean & updated hotel with a basic breakfast. The room was laid out nicely and well appointed. The mattress was comfortable and had two pillows to choose from.

When I got there room was not clean properly. The coffee machine was down. The doors were hanging. Definitely time for a remodel

The breakfast was not very good. It didn’t seem fresh, it seemed like it was leftovers from the day before and they just reheated it.

The location was convenient and wasn’t far from the main attraction we were in town for. It had everything you needed close by.

The outdoor grill area was dirty so we didn’t use it. Breakfast needed to accommodate meat for non pork eaters.

I like the hotel decore, the old English vibe it gives. The pool water was warm that was nice! Parking was adequate.

Room could have been a lot cleaner, dog hair was all over the floor and couch, that was a big deal breaker for me. There was hair still left on the bathroom floor it was not swept and tables were not wiped off in the room. Went and spoke with the front desk about them vacuuming again but it was never done

Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, waffles, yogurt, eggs, bagels, muffins etc. The rooms are very spacious.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The woman at the front desk 3-11pm esp was so kind and friendly. The morning breakfast buffet staff was right on top of everything… nothing went unfilled or unstocked. Very. Clean facilities as well. The other staff we encountered was also friendly & helpful!

Tried to stay an extra night in same room however they were not accommodating in allowing us to keep the room. We asked in advance and they said “we will let you know” we checked back again and then they tell me room is already booked. They didn’t try to put us in another room so we ended up having to move to another hotel. Extremely disappointed in that and lack of helping to stay. Even asked us where we’re we going and I would tell her. You didn’t try to help us stay so why would I tell you where I found another room. Despite this, will still stay again another time.

Room was nice. They were overbooked so my original room was gone so they “upgraded” me to a two bedroom room.

Breakfast was minimal, didn’t like the mini quiche, would’ve preferred regular eggs. We chose to eat out each day. TV channel selections were minimal, not as many stations to choose from during down time.
