The Motel is situated in an idellic spot with exquisite vistas. The property is beautifully landscaped. Our room was comfy, clean and fresh, and was appointed with very thoughtful amenities.

The staff were great communicators and readily available for any questions. The room was immaculately clean. Our bed was so comfortable, it was especially lovely to fall into at the end of the day, after a long hike. Our pup was so happy to be able to sleep close to us, where we could reach down and pat him on the head from our cozy bed.

Only critique i would have is for an additional trash container and paper towels in the kitchen area. But, definitely not a deal breaker by any means! Every other detail far outweighed that!

Lovely little place off the beaten path! We found a last-minute availability, and it was perfect, clean, and quiet as we were just traveling through! Totally would love to come back if given the opportunity!

The light on the stairs is ON entire night (it must be motion sensor for light) and even black-out blinds don’t help. No batteries in TV remote and AirPlay doesn’t work.

An unseasonably late-spring polar-vortex descended on the NE USA, dropping afternoon temperatures 30-40 degrees below normal (my phone app said the afternoon temp. "feels like 35 degrees F"). Though host Michael was very available by phone to help with my initial problem opening the lockbox, and quick to answer my phone call about the interior heating system, i couldn't get it to work sufficiently well to keep the room warm. I had contracted that afternoon a deep bronchial cough and really could have used a warm room. But neither the conventional wall-mounted thermostat nor the handheld Pioneer remote temp control for the room's radiant floor-heating system was effective. I was feeling so "under the weather" that i simply curled up under the nice warm bed covers and got some badly needed sleep. I had to leave early the next morning for my next destination on my whirlwind itinerary and so did not take further time to figure out the heating system.

I was in unit #3, one of several upstairs units in the main chalet building of Willow Pond Motel several miles west of the small town of Catskill, NY. This was a very charmingly furnished unit, and everything about the renovated kitchenette and bathroom were sparkling clean and attractive.

Michael is an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable. Place is cozy and close to parks, restaurants, Walmart and lighthouses. We enjoyed our stay!

there was no staff on property (at least none that we saw) so if you want an extra towel or something else, you're out of luck.

No onsite person and we didn’t have a phone to call them. Just data. It was a problem as they gave us a code to a room not cleaned however we got it sorted quickly thanks to Michael.

It was newly refurbished either new beds and furniture. Vet comfortable. We had a bigger suite with kitchen and sitting area and another room. It worked really well.
