One of the kitchen staff didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

During checkout I reported to the clerk the bathtub was installed incorrectly allowing water leaking into the wall causing mold to grow. She took my report and call her boss and passed on the information.

Breakfast was not stocked well. 2 days I had to come down for meal service several times to find the main dishes out or coffee out. The pool was closed out entire stay.

The staff was great and courteous. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast could have been better stocked or more options, but for that they had it was good. The hotel was quiet.

The next Baymount in Barstow had a great new feature: soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers in the bathroom! No need for little, disposable bottles.

All of the above! Everything met our expectations, and we slept well, and breakfast was a bonus! Our dogs gave it two paws up! They were so comfy, they never barked (that would have been due to anxiety.

Was only able to get half the channels, no news channels or ESPN channels even though they had a list of over 70 channels. Even had a person come to resolve.

The property definitely looks a little worn out, from the furniture in the lobby to the paint on the walls in our room. The place was clean, but still felt grimy or rundown. I refused to use the couch in our room at all, and avoided touching the carpet as much as I could. A big note I would add is that our room was extremely muggy and never cooled down as much as we would’ve liked. Even at 66, we woke drenched in sweat. Again, for the price…I could live with this for such a short stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay longer than a night or two.

Our stay was extremely brief, 8hrs from check in to check out. I appreciated being able to check in after 1am. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough, and the linens seemed clean along with the towels. The staff was kind and let us eat/sit to feed our baby breakfast even though it was a few minutes past breakfast closing. For $84, it was solid enough for a quick one night stay.

At breakfast on our last day there, a Veteran was unable to find an open table and was going to sit on the small sofa in the breakfast area. The attendant approached him and told him he could not eat there, despite no open tables. The man, unable to sit to eat after trying to explain to her there was nowhere to sit, was told again he could not sit there to eat. He abruptly left without breakfast. I wish accommodations could be made for overflow of people when the tables are all being used.

All of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful whenever we needed something. There were necessities missing from our room and they followed through with providing what we needed. The staff were also very attentive to keep breakfast items stocked and kept the breakfast area clean.

Great place to stay. The staff is the best. The air conditioner went out in our room and maintenance has it replaced and the room cooling off in 20 minutes.

One elevator is not good for the size of the hotel! Elevator floor was dirty. Kids were screaming in the hall at midnight.

wi-fi was terrible. Very noise in the morning. Curtains did not completely close. Thought it was strange there was no clock.

More towels. We only had one, but did not end up showering during our short stay, so it wasn't an issue. We had no washcloths, either. Our travel friend had only one hand towell, nothing else in her room.

The first room the fridge wasn't working and there was a huge roach by the fridge so they moved us to a different room which was a little better at least the fridge worked. Not enough towels but housekeeping was helpful with that. Housekeeping was amazing.. Breakfast our last day had no eggs so that was a bummer other than that we would stay again
