My room was on the second floor and the stairs leading up to there were narrow and flimsy which made carrying my luggage up there a bit difficult. The room also had an "old furniture" smell. Bathroom was a bit cramped. Air circulation wasn't great.

The room was quite large and the location was pretty good. Easy walk to the beach. Didn't have any problems with the wi-fi.

The bathroom is very tiny so we had to sit on the toilet sideways which wasn't the end of the world but interesting for sure. The bathroom door didn't latch so we had to put a towel there to keep it shut They only gave us two small hand towels,two wash clothes and one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay so we did have to go but some TP ( we could have asked someone but the girls were usually pretry busy cleaning rooms for the high turnover) Parking is kind of lame but it's free and most places charge so YAY I wouldn't stay here if I had more than 3 people because the rooms are small and there isn't a single place to hang anything We read the reviews so knew it didn't have curtains so we brought black poster board to keep over the windows and that helped a LOT because the lights outside were bright and on all night long so without that board up we wouldn't have got any sleep. We also brought extra pillows and a blanket.

Room size was great for just two people. AC was cold. Fridge was a good size and worked great. Room was clean when we arrived. The price was incredible for the days stayed. Free parking. Great location. Friendly staff. No bugs. We read some NIGHTMARE reviews and honestly expected something horrible but we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean hotel room, and while no one went into our room during the stay we were able to handle things ourselves and for the price we paid we were honestly more than happy to do some things on our own. This is a pet friendly hotel so I enjoyed seeing the fur babies

I didn't like that there was sand on the beds & in the sheets. The room also had no towels or washrags till next morning when I asked the cleaning people for them. Rooms are small, just barely fit 3 adults. Mini fridge leaked all over the floor.

The location was great. Since they don't serve breakfast it was awesome that there was a breakfast place smack in the middle of the 2 motels. Access to beach and boardwalk was easy. Stores were within walking distance.

3 nights for 4 adults, 4 kids and a German Shepherd. The parking lot is small. I am disabled so if I moved my car, parking could end up far from the motel. Our assigned room was on the bottom, first door, room 101, I believe. The room felt like an old basement apt. The furniture and appliances were old. Two bedrooms with 3 full size beds. The sofa bed took 4 people to pull out because it was old and rusted. There was an old sock and stains under the sofa bed. The sofa was old and stained. Around 3am, the ceiling started leaking over my bed in the larger room. The clerk immediately brought us towels and maintenance repaired it but it started leaking again. We reserved the room late for the 4th of July weekend but I can't help but feel like someone said, "you want to be here for the 4th and close to the beach, I got a dump for 2k, take it or leave it. We're not pressed but you are!" Lesson learned is to book early for better choices.

The front desk was very nice and the location to the beach and boardwalk was great. They have an upper deck where we watched the fireworks. It was better for me than standing on the beach because you felt closer somehow. Be prepared for the loudness of the fireworks because you're closer to the end where they're being set off.

The nerdy guy with the glasses at the front desk at Sea breeze was VERY rude, snotty and hung up on me. The room was pretty small for 4 people and definitely needs an update but you get what you pay for. For $1100 for a 6 night stay is WAY overpriced. No breakfast included. Wouldn’t give us enough towels for the 4 of us and there wasn’t a tub for our child to use. It’s not the cleanest but it wasn’t super dirty or full of mold like these other reviews said. I’d definitely bring your own towels and maybe an extra blanket or pillow.

The housekeeping staff were super sweet, whenever we needed something or borrowed a broom they would grab it right away. It is SUPER close to the beach, several stores and live music.

Shower has mold. There is no cleaning service while you are there. They will hang a bag on your doorknob with towels, toilet paper and soap. Parking is difficult. Nearly impossible to park a truck in the tiny lot. The office is never open. You have to go to the hotel next door.

The room is very small. One step separates the bed from the bathroom. The bathroom is quite small and the door is difficult to open and to close. There is a 1/2 gap between the exterior entrance and the room itself.

Perfect location for getting to the Boardwalk and for taking breaks from the music festival. Steps from a diner that did more business than it could handle. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The floors were very dirty, as if they had not been mopped before we came. My kids took their shoes off when we walked in and the bottoms of their feet were black in minutes.. Also, the shower floor felt slimy as if it had not been cleaned in a while..

We liked the location and the fact that the rooms were pretty cheap. Also like that there was a mini fridge- that came in handy for leftovers and milk for the kids
