How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Challenge parking our car. Busy weekend with a salsa convention on site which made finding a parking space difficult. Arrived back to the hotel at nine pm only to find no parking spaces available. Was old by front desk staff we needed to find parking offsite even though was being charged for parking in the garage . Manager directed us to lower levels of the garage and found a place to park. Parking fee comped. Awakened at 2 am and again later with revealers returning to their rooms. Would be helpful to know super ch an event was planned. Would find an alternate hotel.

I would have preferred a walk in shower and I think night lights should be installed in all bathrooms. The pool was not spectacular, but the fitness room was well equipped. The restaurant was nothing to write home about and the sevice was mediocre.
The hotel was peaceful and the rooms were comfortable.

paid $20/night for parking Noisy guests Night clerk didn't give us breakfast vouchers. We had to receive the bill and then tell them breakfast was included in our reservation.

Our room described as lake view but the lake is on the other side of a huge major highway so I wouldn’t really consider that a special view. Room service cost a fortune
It was easy to find, navigate, and the staff was so wonderful.

The TV did not work. The reception was awful it was impossible to view any of the channels was planning on relaxing and looking at TV to detach from the heavy training schedule and topic of discussions covered.
The location was great. The food was excellent which was served at the training. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean.

There was no fan or vacuum in the bathroom. To me, that was a big deal.

The cleaners knocked on my door @ 9:45am and told me checkout was @ 10:00am and I said I thought it was 12:00pm and she said no it’s at 10:00am, then she asked how long until I leave the room. So I grabbed my stuff and left just after 10:00am. To find out from the front staff that I was correct and we really didn’t have to leave until 12pm. Feel like I was jipped on my stay with my wife as it was our anniversary. Also breakfast staff was very short handed, the staff for breakfast did great but some things took a bit longer as their wasn’t enough workers there for a Valentines Day as the restaurant was packed. Should give the head waitress in the restaurant a bonus as she was exceptional dealing with the rush

I didn’t like that housekeeping woke me up at 8 AM and then again at 9 AM And knocked once again at 10 AM when the checkout time isn’t until noon

While it was cold outside, I could not get my room warm enough over by the desk, the first half of the room was warm, however by the desk with the window covered. with the night curtains, it was just cold. I had the heat up to 80 degrees to get the room warm.
I like the hotel in general, it's been close to a couple of clients I visit.

We were not given our breakfast vouchers when we arrived, and only realised we were meant to have them at the end of breakfast the following morning, which meant we had to go back to reception to get them.
Breakfast is OK, although I think there could be a little more selection.

We weren't given the free breakfast vouchers at check in. The basement seemed like it was being reconstructed or dried out after flooding. Had to walk very far for ice. And the ordered soups were far too salty for the price paid.

Complimentary breakfast & other food options would be nice but great stay overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room & cleanliness as I did read a lot of reviews before booking & was very nervous by the mixed reviews. But I must say overall very happy with our stay, the size of the room, how comfy the bed was & most of all cleanliness. The clean part is very crucial especially the bathroom. The bathroom was big & very very clean. I would 100% book with them again.

The breakfast was not a 4 star meal. It was a standard breakfast which, I don't feel, presented many well prepared and healthy options. Typical 2 star scrambled egg presentation, undercooked bacon, Danish that appeared to come out of a supermarket package. Just poor quality in my opinion.
