The rugs in the room had several visible stains. They are overdue for rug cleaning. There was an obvious wall & ceiling patch in the room from a prior leak. Unfortunately, the patch was poorly done and looked as if it may be leaking again.

They offered one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had! The staff were friendly & helpful from the front desk to the dining area.

Upon arrival, we were told they did not have a 'standard queen' room, as we had reserved. We were given a queen handicap accessible room instead. It was clean and adequate for our stay. However, the shower being wheelchair accessable was different than what we were used to.

Clean. Elegant feel. Helpful staff Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The fitness center was very nice as well.

I was in the hot tub and a woman with three kids under 10 got in. One was still in diapers. I told her that the rules prohibited this but she ignored me. I left. Seiko was working with a family getting them checked in so I told the staff member at the take out stand. He could barely be bothered and said to tell Seiko when he finished checking the family in. Really?

Krystal, Angelica , Fahad, Vivek Missy, Sophia, Seiko and Garfield...when a guest can call your staff by name...they were EXTRAORDINARY...I became a member during my stay.

It was conveniently located for our purposes (we were attending a wedding nearby). The rooms and bed were comfortable and well maintained. It served its function well.

The decor was a bit tired. Some water damage bubbled the wallpaper in the bathroom. Food choice was limited. And the website was outdated. But your staff are top notch.

Only thing is parking was ample however if you get in late you have a little walk.

I like that it is close to Walmart and the turn pike. The room was a nice size and was very clean. The staff was great as well..also the free breakfast was good too. It wasn't far from Philly or cherry hill mall.

Breakfast-gentleman who took our order must be new and missed bringing toast, I had to remind him. Also it took quite a bit of time to get our breakfast.

On the down side, the room is older and it looks its age. Perhaps a little update is scheduled soon?

The Bar is fantastic and the bartender was excellent. The space is lovely and is the heart of the hotel.

I addressed them w the management, may be attributable to me not knowing how something worked.

Got in late and frazzled and was so happy to see the restaurant and bar, both fully functional and offering nice selections. Bar staff was great. I had a 7th floor room w separate shower and tub, which you don’t often see. The Westin Bed never disappoints. Lots of parking in their lot, no garage to deal with.

The bathroom design was ridiculous - the shower was on the other side of the tub. To turn on the shower you have to reach in - and get sprayed by cold water before the warm water comes in!!! No towel bars or rings outside the shower stall. The toilet was clogging up. The carpet needs a deep clean.

I've been coming to the hotel for several years now and it's starting to get some wear and tear in the rooms. The technology needs to be upgraded for charing devices.

The location is always perfect for me to get where I need to go without a lot of hassle.

Got there at two for 3:00 wedding at your location I told the gentleman who checked me in at 2:00 I had not eaten and needed to eat. He told me room service would call me. They did not , they did not answer my many call neither did from desk. Went hungry

Only 1 elevator that is extremely slow. Waited 15 mins to get to my room when I checked in. Need more elevators or easier stair access.
