Very spacious, clean and well equipped rooms and property. Great kids facilities like the games room and water slide. The staff were very friendly, helpful and flexible. The food in Agave was very good. Very close to downtown Palm Desert

Late check in disappointed me . I checked in around 17:30 hrs. It seems to me that the communication between the reception and the room services is very poor.

The “quiet pool” was very dirty all three days we stayed there. The pool was cloudy, trash, hair, bugs in it.

We love the hotel. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

Air conditioner stopped during the night, bathtub very slippery, pool area around the adult pool needed to be cleaned, pool was hazy

We had stains on our pillows and the bathtub wasn’t clean , we did ask for more bedding and pillows and they brought it immediately

We liked that they accommodated us for late checkout and for putting us right by the pool. The rooms are decent size and the pools are really nice

The bed was not as comfortable as it used to be. And Booking.com charged me way more than the price that the hotel offered directly and has not given me the price match refund as of now.

The Westin Desert Willow is a beautiful property in Palm Desert California. They have big condo style rooms with kitchens and a living room with a pull out bed. They also have a huge golf course and many pools with water slides. The property is clean and the staff is nice.

The rooms are spacious and clean! The property is well kept and offers a lot of activities. Although very spacious, it’s easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful

Room wasn't ready when we tried to check in at 4 pm. Much depleted housekeeping staff unfortunately. We feel terrible for the hard working staff, they are stretched thin yet put out incredible work.

Great place for family fun. Very large suites, lots of privacy. We have been coming to this place every June for the past 5 years. We love this place. Also, shout out to Noah the lifeguard and the female lifeguard at Jimmy Jammer slide. You were so kind to our kids on Saturday June 21. Thank you for making my kid's experience so much fun! Great place for families

The villa was superb, stocked with everything you could need for your stay, we have been travelling the West coast and this was our final stop before returning to LA, so it was really nice to have cooking facilities, our own washer/dryer and a relaxing living area. This is the perfect vacation destination for all, it can either be relaxing or there are lots of activities going on if you wish to participate. Fantastic resort, kind helpful staff. I will add that the food, cocktails and mocktails at the pool bar in the day were superb!

Staff are on top of their duties, people are friendly, property is always clean and just overall great place to vacation at.

Staff was really slow checking us in. There was another guest that had a problem with their room something about not getting what was advertised and the staff addressed it. But it took them almost 30 minutes. Then it took almost another 20 minutes just to check us in. Then when we got to our room we had the same problem it was supposed to be higher up with a view but we didn’t bother to complain because we were so tired. But overall room was fine.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
