Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesI wish we would have known that the entire facility would be taken over by a wedding which was inconvenient for other guests. Wellington restaurant staff seemed put off by just an order of coffee. I also had a package delivered and it took 5 hours to find it. Coffee maker and phone in room did not work.
The location was very convenient, the room was comfortable and the pool area was lovely.

United StatesWe were running late and I called to let them know we were still coming. Even though we had prepaid the front desk woman wasn't very pleasant, informed me we were going to have to pay ANOTHER $500+ and a security - I explained again we had prepaid she said she'd have to talk to her manager about that. Was very curt and as it was a Friday night of long travel there we were already stressed and didn't need the additional. Arrived and our room was a bit far - no help other than trolley to get to room. We found the fridge was not working, but the lady we reported it to the next morning was very nice and maintenance couldn't have been kinder and more efficient. There was a microwave fire that woke us up in the middle of the night - think 2:30am. Other than alarms communication wasn't great. We got out and were soggy in the parking lot waiting for news but nothing provided till we heard from other guests. The microwave was close to our room and the acrid smell set off my sons asthma - they didn't remove for a full day after. They seemed a bit understaffed.
The beds were very comfortable, the location is nice, grounds are beautiful.

United StatesThe size of the property and how far you had to walk from the parking lot and to get to the room was very far and a hassle though. If you have problems getting around keep that in mind.

United StatesThe steam room did not work. There was only one way to enter the property and this made walking to the parking lot long.
The rooms were updated and well-appointed. Everything worked well. There were the perfect amount of electrical outlets and well spaced for my work needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great - plenty of counter space and good water pressure. The gym, pool, and spa were amazing. The front desk staff and maid service were excellent. The bar and restaurant was very good.

United StatesThey didn't have anything complimentary for my wife bday even though they said they would when i booked. There was no complimentary water available late-night at the front desk, and the bottled water was over $3 per bottle. A bag of popcorn was $6 they charge for a breakfast buffet $20 per person. & wifi is $13. Day. Not worth it.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, the location was convenient, the staff was friendly & courtesy. The restaurant was nice & convenient. So we didn't have to leave the property after arriving. The room was comfortable and clean. Elevators were always available. The other guests were quite & courteous of the quiet time rules. We didn't make it to the pool. Not enough time. The hotel was clean & well kept. Will definitely stay again if we travel that way in the future
