How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed was rock hard and the air conditioner had to swap rooms due to it not wanting to cool down and the shower rod was about to fall down.

Older gentleman was snarky, hair dryer didn't work, no coffee pot in room...back kept falling off remote.

The tub in the bathroom was not clean as it should have been. Overall a good stay.
The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. Very nice.

So it said they included breakfast but apparently they had been shut down by health department for food not being at right temp more than once. Also the king bed in our room was comfortable, but squeaky..
Location was good for us visiting family in West Plains. Place wasn't as busy as those on the freeway so parking was no problem like others are if arriving late. Room was clean and the size was fine for two people.

The air conditioner and the mini fridge in our room made loud noises all night long. We requested a ground floor room, but didn't get one. There was no elevator.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’ll never use them again
I tried to check in they had me down for a queen bedroom when I booked a double bed for me and family told the guy to cancel my stay and they charged me for it

More comfortable beds and a working OJ machine.
The price, its definitely a bange for your buck it was clean and the staff were very kind. The only thing we didn't like was the thin walls and the squeaky bed. It was definitely a firm mattress. But if you don't mind that its worth the price and clean. Limited breakfast, so don't count on being full. But over all budget friendly and clean.

The bed was hard as a rock. Literally I weigh 420lbs and the bed didn't give when I sat on it.
Nice staff, did have breakfast, house kipping everyday.

Well everything! However, there was a snow storm and the manager or owner went and got his ice scraper out of his vehicle for me to use and that was just a went above and beyond type of service. Thank u kindly

They over charged me for a different room then my registration i went from a king room with a king bed reservation to a room with 2 double beds and then gave my room to someone else while I was down the street getting food and didn't even bother to let us know the other guest let us know they had given him a key and said that was his room but when he walked in and noticed the TV was on he walked back out and told the front desk which issued him a key to a different room we were told the internet was down that they would run the card later but wouldn't swipe it till we were there then proceeded to charge the card while we weren't there after first canceling my reservation on booking to then charge me more for a smaller room in which the beds were uncomfortable has to be by far the worst experience I have had normally I have no problem with my reservations thru booking but this stay was terrible

Nothing crazy for breakfast but doesn't bother me. Comforters can be stained in some rooms
The staff are some of the nicest people you could have during your stay. The hotel is the cheapest in the area yet has everything you'll need plus comfort. I stayed here for weeks and it was never loud. Housekeepers ask if you need any service every day. I had an amazing stay. They cared about our situation and truly cared. Worth every penny. Plus their doing some remodels and seem to always be working very hard to keep this place in good condition.
