Bed was a bit worn. Always fell into the center of it when sleeping. The lamp shades were stained. The shower head had hard water stains on them so I cleaned them myself. Could not access calling the down button on one side of elevator on fifth floor. And parking was not explained upon arrival, and when I corrected my stay with the QR Code, I was charged parking twice.

Answer questions quickly. Staff accommodate my wishes for my room.

Billed 2 other times on my Cc when my rm was paid for online and having issues trying to remove the other 2 charges to my card. Almost 300 dollars in charges and no even a representative for help with these or a phone call back. When never use third party service

Our room had water on the floor from the air conditioning unit. It became worse after we got back later at night and at that time we didn’t want to change rooms.

The hotel has wonderful potential. It looks high-end. It feels beautiful. The room was not very clean for what I paid. There were items left from the previous person who stayed, and there were things under the bed that were missed, as well. It felt like only a quick pick-up was done instead of a good clean. The shower body wash was empty. The shower head was amazing, but it was a wand. It only worked as a wand, as the stand was broken, so it wouldn't stay up to be able to use as a stand-up shower.

My room had the fridge unplugged when I checked in and water had leaked and saturated into the carpet. I called the front desk and they gave me towels, but didn't offer a different room. Didn't have enough blankets. The couch pull out bed is VERY uncomfortable as you can feel the springs through the mattress. The fitness center had 2 of 3 elliptical machines that needed maintenance. The cable machine had a plastic bag covering the computer monitor from rain and there was a bucket right under it full of rain water (Didn't look good). They need to purchase a straight bar for that cable machine so we can perform bicep curls and tricep push downs. Those bars aren't expensive and as much as people want to workout these days, that would be a great purchase. I would also recommend purchasing other attachments for the cable machine. I booked a room there because it had a fitness center.

The junior suite was huge! I had 2 sinks! My room was right next to the ice machine! The dinner at Damon's inside the hotel was great! I ordered chicken and a side salad with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies!

The elevators are a huge problem! Waiting in line for one for 35 minutes was absolutely unacceptable. That many rooms and levels you need to add at least 1-2 more. Also paying for parking was absurd. Your location isn’t downtown, that’s not even a charge that should be there

I was at the School Nurse Conference. The rooms were comfortable, the meals were above my expectations, easy access to all I needed, and the staff is very professional and almost everyone said good morning, good evening. and many thank yous.

The bed in our room had a large crater in it. How does something like this get overlooked? Very disappointed when you pay for a room and this is the product you get.

We ate the breakfast buffet. It has always been excellent on past visits. We got down to breakfast around 9AM on this visit. Oatmeal was almost gone, one of the meat selections was empty. Both didn't get refilled either. Also, food wasn't hot.

Very clean and inviting as always! The front desk clerk was awesome!
