The lobby to check in was quite crowded and had a strong smell. Also, the beds were not comfortable, neither the king bed nor the sofa bed. Otherwise, all was good.

We really enjoyed the property and the amenities. The staff was friendly as well.

Room wasn’t ready at the right time, after spending over $1800 for 4 nights i think there should have been some leniency for check out at 10am

Some more food options would be nice, esp. for breakfast. The market and “Starbucks” shop used the same register so it got quite busy and long wait in the morning. Restaurant did not open til 11am. Little truck with the steps to rooms if you are elderly or have heavy luggage. May want to ask for ground level room (not upstairs or downstairs) if you have either of those concerns.

Beautiful property! Only stayed 2 days for a nearby wedding. Clean, beautiful villa with all the in room amenities to get you started. Held an event at the restaurants patio that was fabulous. Danny (food and Bev manager) was attentive and made sure our event was successful.

Restaurant food was below average and pricey. But the staff was great. My room had a TV problem in the bedroom they fixed it right away but then the living room one would not work

People above from us were extremely disrespectful being really loud at 11pm. Had to call the front desk 2 times and they took about 25 mins to respond.

All the pools were awesome and the additional activities provided for the family. It was great having a kitchen and washer/dryer.

Our room had a lot of broken maintenance items- the dryer didn’t work, the shower was clogged so you would be standing in water every time someone showered, the bedroom light flickered so bad you couldn’t turn it on as it looked like a strobe light. I believe these items should be caught upon someone checking in. They are basic and noticeable, yet were dismissed by housekeeping staff, therefore it made for an unpleasant experience for guests. Especially, not having a dryer. When you are on vacation you don’t want to put maintenance requests in and make sure someone came by to fix it, if I wanted that I wouldn’t have left my home.

No elevator to 2nd floor, right at 959 the staff housekeeping started banging on our door, we were ready to leave just using restroom and halfway putting our stuff into the car when we heard a banging. It was a bit scary. It was the staff trying to clear our room and clean it. It wasn’t a knock it was banging. Really felt like you were getting kicked out.

The older parts of the resort are in need of work. Our 2br/2ba Villa was nice but little things were disappointing, like one shower was missing a handle, different light bulbs in dining room chandelier, bedroom tvs not operational, window screens missing, but mostly the outside front entry to the unit was filthy.

Excellent amenities, clean and comfortable, valued and staff is amazing. Villas are accommodating for groups and kids love the pools & slides.

Most areas were closed Friday-Sunday, Farmers Market would have been fun but that is a Wednesday event.

Beautiful view and variety of activities available (separate cost). Bell service would have been nice to understand better but we had fun walking.

I didn’t like seeing open trash bags outside the villas when walking around the property. I also didn’t like having to use some of my paid stay time to clean the villa before we left- that’s part of all the fees we get charged for. I would have preferred to relax more instead of cut my stay short to clean.

Front desk staff upon arrival was not good. Rest of the staff was fantastic. There is no handicap bar to hold onto in the shower which made it extremely difficult for my elderly mother to shower.

No elevator or ramp to use for rolling luggage. Had to carry luggage up & down multiple levels. Had to switch areas/rooms at Restaurant due to very bad smell. Restaurant food was fair, service was good.

During the early morning hours (0500–0600), I enjoy sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee, taking in the beautiful mountain view and surrounding nature. However, the loud traffic noise from the nearby highway significantly detracts from the experience. In previous visits to this resort, the traffic noise was much more subdued and did not interfere with the peaceful atmosphere.

Convenience and location. It is best for me to stay due to reasons of my family living nearby, about 12 mins drive.

The internet didn't work and wasn't resolved our entire stay. Thankfully we didn't have to work, otherwise that would have been a disaster! Both toilets had issues, that they fixed, but it was annoying.

It's beautiful! They have everything there on property so you can enjoy all the activities without going anywhere else.
