Room was extremely humid. Inside the hotel was fine, but once we entered our room the air felt wet.

These were small issues, but they could have made our stay better. Also, I know the hotel just changed owners, so there is still some adjusting. First, we didn't receive a welcome letter as there were none left when we checked in - this will be relevant in a second. We didn't have a "do not disturb" sign and our room was never cleaned during our 9 night stay - we had to go to the front desk to get new towels. Apparently, the room would have been cleaned, towels exchanged, and we could have gotten a do not disturb sign - we just had to ask; this was all explained in the welcome letter we never got. Next, with 3 people in the room, we ran out of places to hang towels as there were only 2 hooks. Finally, our toilet got clogged as the pressure when you flushed was non-existent. We told the front desk at 9am, and when we returned to the room at 3pm, it still wasn't fixed, and we ended up having to plunge the toilet ourselves. Again, these are small issues, but would have made the stay a bit better.

The price was affordable, and the location was perfect for the reason we were in Branson. The beds were comfortable, and we were excited to learn the outdoor pool was open for use!

the only bad experience we had was checking out, there was an issue with the card not going thru and i tried to show the front desk lady i believe her name was dawn, but she honestly didn't care and i was forced to make another payment which for some families after leaving Branson is not do able. i was very frustrating because she didn't really listen when i told her that the funds have already came out of my account and i showed her on my bank app. again she didn't care. so i hope we do get our money back. Dawn stated its a hold but i don't understand how they took the money but they don't show receiving it.

the rooms was very nice and clean, breakfast was amazing and affordable. we really liked the duck hunt, my family and our guest family really enjoyed that.

Better signage into hotel parking due to construction was non existent. Room I had was showing its age wear and tear especially the furniture and bathroom.

Room and rate was great. I chose this location as I had a MRTA Annual Conference at Chateau on the Lake and just a quick 5 minute drive to attend the conference. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The phone receptionist when I called before check in was extremely condescending. She didn't know clear answers to my questions and rather than get help from another employee, she was rude.

The gal at the front desk was helpful in person, but when I spoke on the phone with someone earlier in the day, they were very rude. We've stayed there many times and never experienced that behavior. It was disappointing.

Complimentary breakfast would have been nice but didn’t try the restaurant so can’t speak for that breakfast option. Signage was bad and made finding the facility among all the other buildings in the vicinity a bit challenging, especially after dark.

Beautiful property, very clean and neat. Room and bath were clean and comfortable.Away from noise of the strip. Glad for the mini store.

The hotel was a little dated, and the air condition units in the rooms are extremely old and so weak. We had to change rooms twice to find a room with an air conditioner that worked.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved the location and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were INCREDIBLE!!!! They deserve a five star rating!

The parking lot isn't the best with you having someone in a wheelchair. There is not enough handicap parking for a hotel this large. Most of the time, you had to park way too far away with someone who is handicap. Also, the pool area is very, very small for such a huge hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job!

It had a shower stall, if you really like your baths you may want to choose another place. The restaurant was closed for maintenance the days we were there so I can't review it.

Coffee is in the lobby, the microwave is in the laundry room, but you have your own mini refrigerator. The meeting we were attending was in the auditorium on premise which is why it was the best location with a good price. It has a nice mini golf course, we played twice. The pool was closed for the winter when we were there. The Wi-Fi had no password so connection was constant and easy. The room had a coffee pot but I used the lobby machine instead.
