The location was ok if you were traveling east from the hotel, but was difficult to head west without going east first. Breakfast consisted of a small store bought muffin!

The wallpaper was falling off the walls. Fabric chair looked like it was 80yrs old filthy and had questionable white stains.

Minor room issues like my original room the tv was completely broken and the upgrade room I was granted the heater almost set the curtains on fire setting the smoke detector off🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️otherwise the young man at check in was perfect and so was the night girl

I had been given 2 rooms that were still dirty after being told my room would be ready by check in at 2. Ended up having to get a king room because I didn't want to move my luggage back down stairs. The room still wasn't very clean. Vending machines were out of order. Said there was breakfast available.. the first day we were told they only serve juice and coffee, the second day they had muffins available. Called the front desk twice due to no toilet paper in the room and I had to walk down to get some. Said no smoking but smelled like smoke most of the time

Hygiene and cleanliness were non-existent. There are red stains that look like blood on the carpet, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. There's trash behind the TV cabinet. Dust everywhere. The wallpaper is peeling off, the bathtub isn't draining properly, and the shower head is clogged. The new "fresh" is folded towels has huge visible stains on them. The room smells funky too. We tried not to think too much if they clean the bedsheets and pillows. Never open the sheet, ever. The horrid list goes on.

Staffs were nice and it's a pet friendly hotel.

Dirty and old alarm went off two nights in a row. Once for two times and once it was three times. I’m guessing it’s the emergency exit on the side that the guy at the front desk told me I could also use to take my dog out. I’m assuming that was the alarm and people shouldn’t have been using it. All of the vending machines and the ice machine were all out of order After being in our room for a few hours, we couldn’t get back in and our keys didn’t work. We had to go get new ones.

It was fairly quiet for the most part and a decent location close to everything. Convenient parking.

There was dirt and/or mouse droppings in the corner of the room. The window was cracked. It was a non smoking establishment that had a smoke smell to it.

The bed was comfortable. There were enough towels and good lighting.

Facility is very run down and dirty. Television very difficult to use. Appears that there are long term tenants there...rather sketchy.

No dedicated breakfast space, reception area is used but congested, only few chairs far below than rooms & guests for sure. Floor Carpets were dirty/ stained. Room window glass was broken, curtains torn out & displaced from hook, aircon was dusty, floor was not cleaned, felt oily & dam. Cleaness is big concern!!

no coffee, no washcloths in the room-I got those from the front desk. During our stay the trash in the room wasn't removed, no fresh towels provided...used ones still laid on the floor., and not coffee supplied. I had to get more again from the front desk. I chose this motel because breakfast was included, but to call what was served a breakfast was a joke. It was beyond pathetic.

I had room 106 a handicapped room. very run down and smelled like dog/cat. Had to go to Walmart to buy deodorizer. I’m allergic to both dogs and cats and really did not sleep very well. They also advertise Free breakfast which they do not have. The vending machines were all out of order.

With the exception of the sheets, the place was filthy. The bathroom had used tissues on the bathroom floor behind the door. Mold Md chipping paint everywhere. The “free breakfast” was a cellophane muffin and weak coffee. All this for over $140. With tax. Disgusting.
