THE MISLEADING BOOKING. Pay attention to what the room name is - not the pictures! I called the front desk before our stay to make sure our reservation was all set. Come to find out that the room I booked on booking.com falsely advertises the room's pictures. In the room I booked, the name was correct for the style but it showed pictures for that room with a full kitchen, when in fact we booked their basic King room on the first floor, w/ just a microwave + mini fridge. The front staff said they have no control over this - then send this complaint to upper management and have them deal with how there stay is being advertised on booking. Plus I called when I was looking at the booking, I called the front desk, and the front desk took my name and number for someone to call me back about the different types of rooms listed. Never heard back so thus why I booked without guidance from any staff. Highly poor breakfast choices for the price per night - mostly prepacked muffins/sweets or fridge items, just a waffle maker. Would like to see some hot items preferably eggs, sausage, + omelets. Interior definitely needs attention for the prices they're asking. Remodel the rooms, perhaps to hardwood floors. Ripped carpet floor, silicone by the jacuzzi and in shower - so needs to be redone because they are dirty, and both lamp chargers did not work (huge disappointment, especially when the lamp light itself functioned). Lastly, very humid and even musty in the room due to A/C just being a wall A/C and not centralized air. Please change this, or at the very minimum get dehumidifiers and change the air filters so it does not smell in the rooms. The rest of the place does not have a smell, just inside our room.

The full experience was alright overall and since we've stayed there before, it was consistent with the experience we have had previous stays. I liked how the maid staff Sunday morning was highly accommodating & kind for letting us check out just a few minutes later, thank you. The freshly made chocolate chip cookies are always a plus at the end of the night. Wifi and our room were as remembered in previous stays. Patio was clean and furniture was nice to sit on with the small table. Strong A/C (got very cold so didn't have to wait long period of time to cool down the room)

What a pleasant little surprise! We stayed here to drop off our daughter at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp. Pet friendly, a great walking path next to the lake, and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay again. The staff was super friendly, also.

Empty beer cans left in the room on the window sill ledge. Hairs found in the shower, hot tub, and under the covers of the bed. Just looking for bare minimum cleanliness, didn't get it.

We loved the hot tub in the room and the fireplace. The balcony with the lake view was also beautiful, especially in the morning!

Great location, we had a room with a deck facing the marina. The room was large and the staff was very nice. We were in walking distance to cafes, tap rooms, and a coffee shop. The breakfast was good including the pancake "printer"

The only thing I didn't like was their breakfast selection. They didn't have anything my son would eat. It would be nice to see some fruity cereal next time.

Loved the room. It was clean and spacious. Staff was amazing...super nice. Bothered the front desk lady several times and she was sweet every time.

The hotel is very charming. The view from the rooms is very nice. The rooms have large jacuzzi tubs that was very clean. It was nice to soak in them after a cold day. Overall, I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

There was no hand soap and one of the vanity lights was out upon arrival. Wish there was a light above the bed.

I have no complaints. It was a very pleasurable stay!

I loved the friendliness of the staff! The free breakfast was awesome, as well as the fresh baked cookies every day they put out. The room was very clean, and the view was even better off of our balcony! I would definitely stay here again!
