No restaurants.. Just 1 pizza shop that closes at 8pm. The main restaurants like fast food approx. 45 mins away. Full kitchen so just bring food to cook, wish we would have known that.

Room wasn't cleaned. Stove didn't work. One bike was missing and one was broke. Dead bugs in the room and leftover socks. Rack on frig was broke. Cigarette Burn on couch.

OLD Furniture and Appliances. The Amenities in the houses are COMPLETELY DATED!! Our Oven would only get to about 275 Degrees so it was hard to cook some stuff. Also not every house had the same utensils so we have 3 town houses and it took pieces form all 3 to really make a complete meal!

The Townhouses themselves are AWESOME!!! The outdoor pool was completely awesome and being able to stay in and cook saved us a lot!!! The layout was great and we have 5 in one house, 4 in another house and 3 in another house and no one was crowded at all.

Wifi password did not work, the TV in the living room was way to small to be enjoyable. There was a rip in the screen door an 2 of them windows that would let in bugs if used

The place was dirty. Surface semi clean, but dusty and we found multiple trashed items under the beds and large cockroaches. Spiderwebs and spiders everywhere.

There were ants and cockroaches every now and then and the Air conditioner stopped working on the two hottest days we were there and we had to go and buy a couple fans to get us through.

The property was really quiet and it had a good view out our windows. It was close to the pool and easy to get around.

Indoor poolwas closed until last day noone told us til we showed up. Stairs need to be worked on.

The house needs a little upkeep, but otherwise, it was great.

It is a beautiful location. You're close to everything and when you're finished, you can go back and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. It was so quiet and the view from the marina was gorgeous.

The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't stay longer

I really enjoyed the view from the Balcony and all the activities they had to offer it was very nice and clean . I would love to stay there again sometime with a longer time

Bed bugs , found out we had bed bugs at 11pm. No one was available to ancer the 24hr help number. After having to leave, we finally got someone on the phone at 830am. The response was that we would send maintenance out. What is maintenance going to do? Had to go back to Booking just to get help with a refund. The place was not as described as well.

Bed and pillows was too hard

Rooms and bathrooms were dirty smelled really bad when you first walk in and a bed was broken. Big roaches in the washer dryer area and unknown bugs found on the bed

This visit was not like the rest they were not able to give me keys I had to have maintenance let me in and if we went anywhere we had to call security and wait for them to arrive to let us back in. VERY INCONVENIENT. I was not given keys until the following afternoon around 4pm. It caused me to be delayed on plans I had for the day. Also u can tell that particular unit is not used often the toilet seat was old and wore out the bathroom shower was dirty as well as the furniture.

Broken furniture and appliances. Dirty laundry from the previous people. Dishes and appliances were dirty. The refrigerator was missing shelves and plastic holders for the door items. Linens were the only clean items. The bathtub and toilet looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all.

The view was nice and the resort was quiet.

Railing/stairs leading up to townhouse was a little unstable. Living room furniture needs an upgrade. Dishwasher needs a good scrubbing or replacing. Sliding doors and window blinds need attention. All kitchen chairs were wobbly.

Location, recreation facilities very nice, townhouse needs a little TLC. Beds were firm.

DId not like the stiffness of the beds. Very hard. Did not like the out dated technology as the tv's were old and small. Shower head could use a update and cleaning.

Loved the 2 balconies and the entire place was clean and cozy. Loved the area as it was not too far from the main stores in New Bern. I give this place a 9 out of 10
