Breakfast room had a murder mystery show on during breakfast hours. We asked about the local news for the weather since it’s raining heavily. The guy said it’s not raining and we can’t change the channel.

Walls were very thin. Each time a door was opened up and down the hall it could be heard. Kids running up and down, etc. Smoking areas outside of the front entrance was smelly. Also a strong smell of manure in the area due to adjacent land.

Great location on the main road by interstate. Rooms were large, bed and pillows comfortable. Good water pressure in bath.

The gentleman at the front desk the morning I checked out seemed more interested in his phone than in offering morning pleasantries. He continued using his phone while I was trying to check out. Not a deal breaker, it just didnt seem very professional. The window of my 3rd floor room could be opened all the way, which could be a potential safety hazard if one was traveling with children. Again, not a deal breaker for me, just something I noticed and wanted to mention. There was no kind of directory in the room I stayed in. It would have been helpful to get an idea of what was in the area.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water and decent water pressure. The front desk staff at check-in were pleasant. Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast looked decent, and there were a lot of options available.

We were super concerned regarding our families safety in your pool area, the tiles that surround the pool are not meant for pool areas. Super slippery and dangerous when wet....we have toddlers..and I have a problem with my hip. I saw a young child fall very hard. Our son has some gait issues and it was frightening to consider him striking his head. Saw other people ...adults and kids slip and not fall. The eggs on the breakfast buffet were quite rubbery and the muffins must have been thawed out as they were wet. Super long lines at the breakfast buffet to make any items such as waffles...maybe allow an extra half hour on weekends. Hot tub was overly warm for the summer and if there is a button to press to add the bubbling feature it was not locatable or not marked. The pool area needs to be redone for safety reasons, there is major pooling on some areas of the un even surface and this property will definitely lose any lawsuit that is due to a slip or fall in that pool area....

Clean rooms, and very nice smooth bedding...location and parking. Proximity to stores and eateries.

Initial room smells extremely bad, then staff proposed replacement for extra 20$ but level up. No more options for the same price.

Breakfast with eggs and meat, potatoes, coffee etc. Checkout at 12 is convenient.

The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was friendly, loved that they had coffee available all day. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the bathtub did not hold water. The plug wasn’t working and water would just drain. Other than that the room was perfect

The breakfast sausage could have been better. The taste was a little bland. Our bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Some cleaning wipes would have been nice. Everything else was good to be honest.

I liked the morning breakfast. The waffles were delicious and the so were juice options. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The cleanliness of our room was great and the beds were very comfortable.

Really felt like highway stopover (which it’s great for!) nothing to walk to, no restaurants close by or town.

Right across the highway from the Redlin Art Center if you want to see that museum or attend an event there. Nice enough small pool and hot tub. Lobby breakfast room or fine and up to date.

We stayed at the hotel 15 years ago It was new and clean. We found the hotel really showing its age. The owners need to put some money into it like your hotel in Rapid City
