There was little communication about activities that the resort offered. There were no signs posted to inform guests about the glo party,movie night, scavenger hunts and bingo. We found out by word of mouth from a Facebook website. All that had to be done was have cleaning put an activity sheet in each room when they clean or at least post sheets around the resort. Also we had an excellent experience around the pool and beach for the days Aug23-Aug29th. Everyone was well behaved and considerate of each other. However on the Aug 29th and 30th. ( Labor Day Weekend) the resort turned into a loud party atmosphere at the pool and beach. I have no problem with music playing but this music started at 730 am and was completely vulgar and classless! Curse words etc! Not at all appropriate for children! I was glad we were checking out and would never come over a holiday.

The resort is very family friendly. We were traveling with grandkids so the pool area was great for them. The beach access is great and the fact that you get beach service (chairs and umbrella) is a plus. Free parking right on your floor in the parking garage was awesome.

It would have been nice to know that only very minimal supplies were provided in the unit. We had to go to the store and buy things like trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. If I had known, I would have brought more of those types of supplies from home.

We loved all the pool options and access to the beach! We also appreciated that two chairs and umbrella were provided.

When I booked I thought our Room 309A was going to have a balcony where we would have a view of the pool, but we didn’t. We could see a partial view of the ocean though. Also we had our 4 and 2 year old grandsons with us sleeping where the bunk beds are and I didn’t care for their room being right by the kitchen. Very inconvenient if you needed to be in the kitchen. Also, I feel like the tub and shower should’ve been in the room with the King Sized bed. Also, the long walk from the parking garage to our room.

I liked that it was right on the beach, the pool, lazy river and hot tubs were great!

The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. Nothing terrible, but we considered needing to go buy an egg crate to make the mattress more comfortable.

We loved the location and how easy it was to get to the beach. Also appreciated how many faucets were available for washing off sand at the end of a day at the beach! The room was super cute and perfect for our family of 4.

We’ve traveled everywhere, and it’s surprising how expensive this was. Be prepared to buy everything you need, including coffee filters, trash bags, salt, and pepper, none of it’s included, nothing. No welcome package (coffee and an apple?), no info re restaurants. If you’re an early riser, bring coffee… The closest place is a 30 minute walk down the beach at 7 AM with long lines of people.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. Very comfortable. Great colors. Ground floor access to the pool, which was convenient. Great location. gorgeous beach. within a 30 minute beach walk to some amazing restaurants.

What I didn't like didn't have to do anything with the property. A few guests were no too nice, but that's life and different personalities.

Everything was so nice. The property was beautiful. The children had a blast in the kiddie pool. Access to the beach was so appreciated. We had a blast and we're already planning to come back next year.

Elevator was down and the one that was in working order was atrociously slow.

You have quite a trek from the back rooms to the beach.

Waterscape has a great pool, and it's right on the beach. You can walk to the pier, and the resort is close to but not in the city of Destin. Even though we were not beach front, the room was clean and a great ocean view from the 6th floor.

The elevators were sometimes out of service. They should have more public restrooms available in the pool area. The one and only restroom was being serviced so you had to go to your room for restroom usage. The hallways should have better signage for where the elevators are located. The pool area could have more chairs. They should have had employees constantly patrolling the pool and facility to pick up trash and general maintenance issues.

Just need more seating at the pool because the peak season leaves some guests with no where to sit but other than that it was a great stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay!!! The property was beautiful! My vacation rental A113 was Superb; we loved the Decor and it was very neat and clean!!! Beach 🏖️ accessible and Pool area! It was worth the money for all its comfort and amenities🤑
