Parking. We needed to change the registered car for 2 nights end stay. And we’re not allowed to Understandable that one spot per unit per night, so this shouldn’t have been an issue.

Parking was expensive and, while convenient, felt excessive during the low season

The location was perfect. Easy to walk or ride free transport. Unit was well stocked and felt luxurious. There is plenty of space for our family if 4 to spread out. Restaurants and shopping steps away. Plenty of pools and hot tubs.

The building(s) layout and neighboring buildings is complicated and confusing. I never really even tried to find the available hot tubs or pool. No idea where they were. This condo is showing some minor wear and tear that will need to be addressed; window handles not firmly attached, shower soap tray pulling away from the wall, However overall, the facility was generally very good; excellent kitchen, comfy beds, large sharable condo.

Check-In representatives were friendly, informative, and efficient. Fortunately, my booking.com reservation included parking and that status obligated free parking for me, but apparently, many reservations charge for parking now, which would have made this option a bit more than I was prepared to spend compared to other nearby options.

This is a condo that's rented and managed by a company. The building is solid and quiet. The rooms all have top of line furniture, appliances and finishes. It's got a W/D in the unit, which comes in handy on long trips. It's super convenient to the main street in Breckenridge. This was the 2nd time we stayed in this building during the offseason.

It took an hour to find the check in. Google was inaccurate and the staff at check in were aware that it is very difficult. A map showing check in location should be included and accessible in the check in info. Parking should be shown too.

this is an awesome spot especially if you like shopping. located near downtown so many things to see. easy to walk for dinner, hot tubs, sight seeing and some amazing trails. we had a blast

Only complaint is that the freezer did not work. It also would be helpful if the complex had better signage in the parking garage directing you to Building F.

The lights in the bathroom were terrible! A room darkening shade in bedroom would be nice. I will not return to Breckinridge. The people are not friendly and are not welcoming at all. If you do go, make sure to not wear anything with US flag on it because you will get eye rolls and snarls. It’s a shame!

The property was lovely and seemed well cared for. The living room was comfortable and spacious! Lots of amenities. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen seemed well equipped even though we did not use it. Location was walkable to many things.

Evidently, they need more information than what Booking provides so they kept asking me to download the Vacasa app so I could register for my stay. We finally worked around it. Also, room to park only one car even if the garage has spaces. I was told there was parking close by which was 1/2 mile away. Quite a nuisance. They say the city if Breckenridge controls the parking.

A lovely, even luxurious two bedroom, two bath apartment. Well appointed and very aesthetically pleasing.

This place has a great location for visiting Breckenridge. We were there in the offseason. The building is right near the main corner of the town. It's someone's vacation home so it has a few more amenities in it than a hotel has. This one has a washer dryer that came in handy, and there was a pouch of detergent there for the guest to use. Also with the coffee maker, there were a couple of pouches of coffee with is helpful. Bed was soft and with a good amount of pillows. The place was in great condition, and the building was very solidly built with heavy materials so you never heard anyone on other floors. All we heard were the natural sounds of the water rushing outside. Very relaxing!

The condo is part of a huge complex shared between Marriott, Hyatt and Vacasa. Finding our way was challenging at the beginning as the complex is a maze of multiple buildings, hallways and outdoor walkways. There is a valet service for skis that we discovered by asking at the reception when we found out that the ski storage room in the first floor is only for owners. Some signage exists in the complex but should be improved due to its size. Also, there was no (welcoming) information in paper in the condo or in the Vacasa app about some directions like for the ski valet or for trash, etc. TV service comes through a streaming box but it has a weird channel setup with networks and programs I have never seen before but missing the ones that we know. Those are just a few details that I would expect in a vacation stay of this price level.

The location is great, adjacent to the Peak 9 base area and Main St with bars, shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious and equipped with all a group may need for the stay, including the kitchen. There is a larger hot tub directly by the building and another three hot tubs and a pool reachable through a short walk. Front desk staff and personell on site was always friendly and helpful.

Very cute and oh so comfy! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. From the natural lighting to the awesome bathroom, comfy couch and bed, everything was great! The place was also clean which was a major plus. We would definitely book again and refer others too!
