Beautiful location on the Rogue river! check-in was easy & totally responsive. The decor, layout of the apartment, comfort details (cotton balls, coffee, etc), bathroom & kitchen products - Public Goods were amazing!

The occasional trains were going by but it wasn’t big of a deal for us.

Location was a big hit. We fell asleep with the sounds of river and crickets. It was very clean and comfy.

One of the two rooms I reserved was not cleaned after prior guest. We had to leave and come back later; however The management was extremely responsive and gave us a partial refund.

There were a couple of minor maintenance items that need attention. Personally, I would have preferred a proper rug on the floor rather than a cow hide.

It's a very basic old style motel with few amenities, but it is very clean and comfortable. The view of the river is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the linens and towels are nice and soft. The kitchenette is thoroughly furnished. We did not see/meet any of the staff, but they were very responsive to text messages.Good location and very comfortable stay.

Being right on the water is heaven. Room was cute,super comfortable, well stocked and it was CLEAN! Yahooey.!!

The bathroom was a bit small, but had everything you need.

Great little studio! Super comfy bed! Nice little kitchen! Enjoyed the coffee! Quiet spot. Will definitely recommend. Close enough to Rogue River, you can hear the water if the windows are open. Would definitely return!

Would be nice if there was a door like out the kitchen to the backyard. It may be a little fence so a dog could run free a bit. But all in all it was a pleasant pleasant surprise. Very sweet little place. Will definitely use it again in our travels.

Height of shower head and tight space on sides of toilet.

Proximity to Gold Hill and Rogue River. Comfortable Bed. Quiet. Would be nice to use fire pit at rivers edge when weather better. Kitchen facilities a plus.

I wanted a jetted got tub and this property was brought up as having one. It did not.

I love the location. There's a fire pit right by the river which is basically in the back yard. Beautiful!

There is no sign or anything to let you know where it is, and if you pass it, it's gonna be hard to get back, so keep your eye on the map. It's a no smoking property, but it doesn't seem enforced, so it smelt a little like cigarettes, and there were burns in one of the pillows. Not to mention, the bathroom is rather small, the toilet is a bit awkward and isn't really ADA friendly, but that's just how the rooms built.

The most amazing view and it's a great price for what you get. It's like a fully furnished apartment and more comfortable than any hotel I've been to. Very private and you can hear and see the river from your window.

In the night mosquitos easily enter the studio. An insect screen may be something to consider ☺️ Also, there was no hot tub as pictured, but they discounted it which we appreciated.

All lighting Too Bright!!! Especially by the bed. Plastic plants? No, on those. T.P. holder a bit wobbly. Oh, a little light on the little “dining” table would be nifty. But those are small, fixable things. A fence to separate from highway would be good.

We loved having the River so near and being able to hear it. The room was decorated nicely. The bed was Huge! and very comfortable. Coffee beans and grinder a nice touch. Homey feeling.
