United StatesThe sheets had stains all over them.(white bedding), the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in right about where the towels sat, there were roaches walking the floors, the floors in the room all had deep scratches in them, I had told them I had 2 dogs with me one of which is a service animal and they proceeded to charge my credit card for animals which I did not authorize nor did they tell me they were going to charge it. The bucket in room for ice did not have any wind of bag in it, so we were not able to get ice, especially since the bucket itself was crazy gross. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was not bad but this time was totally different. The night shit employee was not very nice. We will no longer ever stay at this hotel again.
The location was great. Close to where I needed to be.

United StatesThe property was nothing like the website. It was very outdated with furniture and environment (the dressers were rotting). The rooms were musty smelling. I traveled with my family. we had a total of 5 rooms (101, 104, 112, 120 & 128) and everyone had some kind of issue with their room. Tv not working, remote not working, no microwaves in the room (didn't know we had to request it when booking), rooms not cleaned well (showers were mildewed, cobwebs in the corners), no soap or towels in the room, toilets not working properly, issues in another room caused the toilet to leak in our room, hotel staff/employees walking into the room with lit cigarettes. roaches & cockroaches in the rooms. I understand during Covid some services are limited. It was supposed to be like a continental breakfast, the options were VERY limited, there was only one type of muffin (that were old), yogurt and coffee. The linens on the bed very very thin. The beds were also not comfortable at all, the beds were hard (my body ached for 2-3 days and I did not sleep well at all.

Property was not clean: Bathroom and sink not clean. Dirt in corners of the room. Little fridge wobbly, had to hold it with one hand and open with the other, otherwise it would fall out of its space. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Terrible,squeaky beds. Smoke detector without a cover. No TV guide, old TV. Only two bath towels and 2 washcloths, no hand towels. No room service on the second day. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
