The room has some modern updates and the water was boiling hot!! The woman who checked me in late was an absolute gem and an exceptional representative for the property.

The housekeepers in the morning must be used to an unsavory crowd and not out of towners who are checking out the area for a move. They pounded on the door at 10 minutes to 11 am checkout and screamed through the door "did you pay??" We were gathering our bags together and last minute checking the room for charge cords, stray socks, etc. I was getting dressed since my bf was packing out. At precisely 11am came another pound on the door and my bf opened it to carry out our bags. He said we are leaving out now and the woman told him to leave the door open. I wasn't quite put together so I had to duck back inside the tiny bathroom very hastily. I get that check out is 11am but if this is the way you treat guests the next day it less about the customer and more about them being a cash cow or not. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and despite the wonderful interaction I had with the night clerk as well as the overall comfort of the room and the price, I would be hard pressed to stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful! I booked through booking. Gave her the confirmation number, and she claimed to have not seen it. A maintenance man came to the front and she completely ignored me to have a conversation with the maintenance man about her weekend plans. The maintenance man felt uncomfortable with her having a full-on conversation with her while I’m standing at the front counter to check in. He stopped his conversation with her to apologize to me. The front desk worker, even after the apology, continued on with her conversation with the other employee! Rude, dismissive, unprofessional, passive aggressive and completely disregarded me.

The clerk didnt know how to confirm payment from booking.com and i had to call booking.com but they couldn’t get through to the hotel! I had to stand out in the cold waiting!

We only needed a room from 8pm-5am as we needed a place to sleep before an early morning race that was held in town. I did not want to pay a lot. I read the reviews, so I knew what to expect. You literally get what you pay for. This couldn't be more basic. No bugs.

Room 103 did not have hot water for showers in the morning. We were checking out at 5am, so there wasn't any time to sort out moving rooms and all that mess. The rooms were worn out and out dated, but I expected that for the price. However, I felt like the floors were going to cave in. I would have thought the floors were concrete under the vinyl, but there were holes under the flooring that I kept stepping in. I felt like it was going to give out so we kind of played tetris with where to step on the floor. It's a very noisy location and the other people that stay there or nearby residents are very mindful of the noise. Do not stay here if you are looking for a comfortable stay. But this is sufficient if you are in a situation like hours where we only needed a place for a few hours.
