Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandI was disappointed with my experience at this hotel due to a problem with the invoice. The man at the reception misled us about issuing the invoice — he said it wouldn't be a problem, but later it turned out that getting the invoice was very difficult and caused a lot of inconvenience. This lack of clear communication was frustrating and unprofessional. Everything else about the stay was fine, but this issue left a negative impression.

IrelandThere is a destination fee of $30 per night which I was not aware of until I checked in and a $300 deposit payable on check-in also. It's a lot of money to be surprised with, especially when you're on holidays and every penny counts. The deposit was refunded but not until we were leaving which is something to be aware of before you book this hotel. It's still very good value for money, in my opinion, but just be aware.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location couldn't have been better and close to nice bars, shops, etc. Very accessible by public transport and easy to get taxis everywhere.

United StatesI knew I had to return in two weeks for the funeral and I asked to book reservations for myself and my daughter to return. I asked for help in applying for membership in the loyalty program. Someone at the desk was to help me, but when I returned, they were not present. And the new person didn't know how. I called when I got back home and reservations helped me sign up for membership. But instead of putting 2 guests on the new reservation, it showed just one. I have called now 3 times to rectify this error but have not gotten an email confirmation.
This was the 3rd time I stayed at the Warwick. I was in town due to the death of my brother. So it was nice to be remembered. And the attached restaurant was excellent!
