No staff on site. Beds are so high off the ground if you're old you might need a boost lol. 3rd "bed" is the most uncomfortable couch I've ever sat on. Flst screen TV not large, at awkward angle 45° away from opposite beds.

Separate kitchen with dishes, pans! Refrigerator. LOT of square footage. Best price for two bedrooms in area... great value, overall! Supply closet w stuff to pick up kinda makes up for lack of staff on site. Responsive owner(?) By text.

We are well aware of this 2 star motel, we wouldnt expect everything needs to be tip top, but cleanliness-wise, at the very least, please mop the floor, some people likes to walk barefoot within the room/house. My only complaint is the dirty floor. Thats it.

Located at a non high traffic area, very quiet at night, beds were cozy, bathroom were clean. Good wifi, they have TVs but we didnt use it. Everything a good motel can be. Besides, we were there only for a night after a long day drive. Its a contactless hotel but the staff were still helpful in the dead of night due to one of my friend forgot the password to our room.

There is no coat rack or place to hang clothes.

Good location. Close to walking trails, grocery store, downtown, etc. Reasonable price for Durango at Christmas. Good communication with owner.

There was food left in the microwave from the previous people. It was obviously not cleaned. There was no lock on the bathroom door.

The location was nice. The self-service didn’t bother us much. It was different though.

The room had dirty silverware in the kitchen sink, the room was not cleaned very well, and it also smelled like smoke. The door needs to be replaced, there was a draft coming in all night.

Nice room. Comfy, big enough not bumping into unnecessary things! Love yhe fridge! Great! Parking was. A bit cramped. Harder to park on snowy conditions.

I liked the room and the rate. Check in was a bit difficult though. I never expected it the way you check in. We had another person help us. I am not very tech savvy.

There was only one nightstand. It really needs two. TV was not viewable from the bed. It needed a different wall mount. It also didn’t work the first night but they fixed it for the second night. I didn’t like the online checkin because they didn’t send me the text with my room number until I figured out how to call someone. Then as I was on the phone with someone my text was sent.

It was Clean, liked the privacy, close to the train and other shopping areas, bed was comfortable, big spacious room, kitchen was nice (although we didn’t use it), bathroom was small but ok. It’s next to a major road but the traffic calmed down through the night. Slept well. Was a good price. We would stay here again.

Several different people with in/out of room next door. That was kind of sketchy however no problems at all.

Updated and very clean room. Able to Park in front of your room. Access the room with keypad number sent after booking. Good sized grassy place for pets also with picnic table. Very honest employees. I left something of great value and returned a few hours later and recieved my property back after the room had been cleaned no problem. Much appreciated!!

Good value for Durango over Memorial Day weekend. Beds are very comfortable. Nice that there is a small refrigerator. Will stay here again.

Owner or Operator has 2 large dogs with only a dog gate across her motel unit. She just lets the dogs go out from and craps and does not pick up after the dogs. The dogs also bark.

Needed to be cleaned. Food and filth on the kitchen walls. Towels were stained and worn through. Insulation was poor - you could hear road noise all night. Won't be staying there again.

Remote check in. You have to like technology to like the hands off service. I prefer a person I can ask questions and resolve issues that arise. Texting the property led to fast responses, but I’m Old fashioned and like a person on site.
