Parking, when you come in late, no parking places left. They had an overflow lot but the shuttle weren’t running.

Location, Building 7 on the beach, Free shuttle to Pier, Tiki Bar was great. Room was so spacious

Parking would be my only complaint. The spaces were very tight and wasn't a lot of spaces.

The rooms are clean and very modern and the pool area is wonderful and lots of things to do for the kids of all ages. The staff are all nice and very knowledgeable.

Great place for family’s to stay before a cruise. Pool and the beach were amazing. Rooms are nice clean and updated. Not far from beach or local restaurants. We will be back.

For us, Its a great place to spend a few days with family and grandkids. It’s conveniently located in Coco Beach right on the main drag, US1. You’re in walking distance to a lot of very good restaurants, shops, and activities. It doesn’t hurt that it has a lazy river, pool and splash pad. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There’s a tiki bar by the pool with very good food ,frozen drinks and friendly staff.

We had to wait until 6pm to get checked in it was about 2 hrs after our original check in time. I was told there were cleaning crew issues. The laundry facility had lots of broken equipment.

Overall Prices of room and bar a bit steep, bird droppings on stairways and hand rails, slippery, unsafe tub shower with out handrails, parking situation for room guests very tight (consider room numbered parking spots), BBQ grills hard to start (better with stick lighter)

Honestly, the only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that we were on the first floor and we could hear the family above us on the second floor. There is no elevator so we were traveling with my elderly grandmother so we didn’t want to stay on the second floor. Other than that, everything was great.

We went to the Property a day before it was our time to board our cruise ship. They did not provide transportation, but the amenities were really nice, especially since we got there on Super Bowl Sunday. We had access to the lazy river and the pool was only a little ways away. We didn’t purchase any food items, but they had free delivery from a local pizza place and the pizza was decent. Our room was very clean considering it was so close to the beach. There was no sand anywhere. We had everything we needed for a one night stay. I would stay there longer.

The walk to the beach to see sunrise was very short maybe five minutes. It was nice to have warm pool and hot tub along with beverage drinks outside.

We only have one comment regarding the apartment – the floor felt too cold for us. However, the staff assured us that the floor is not cooled. We stayed on the second floor, so perhaps the apartment below us was strongly air-conditioned.

As a family, we really enjoyed the two heated pools – the large pool (though it was a bit too cold during our stay to fully enjoy it) and the spacious apartment.

Parking seemed tight and close spaces but made out ok..

The hot tub, the pool, the water park area, and lazy river! The food was great! The bartender was friendly and helpful with our food and drink choices! It was a great place, planning another trip soon! The room, was fantastic! Lots of privacy with the 2 bedrooms!
