Not necessarily the properties fault but on our second night they were having a party next door in 2508. Very loud until about 1:30 in the morning.

The property was great and the staff was great and an excellent location.

Parking your vehicle over night cost $80 including tax, thats a 1/3rd of the price of the hotel room. For tourist and travellers that was an outrageous amount. Cant believe a prestigious hotel like that would charge so much for guests. I do not blame the hotel as I realize thats a very common thing most hotels do in chicago. I had to park in some garage two blocks away and was an inconvenience. The bathroom was clean, but the floor tiles were cracked and there wasnt an exhaust fan. The flushing mechanism of the toilet was broken and the water was always running. The A/C vent was leaking water no matter how many times i wiped it off.

The location of the hotel. And im truly greatful for the staff for modifying our reservation when our plane got cancelled and also allowing us to check in a bit early. Truly wonderful and grateful for them 10/10 customer service.

There was a wedding and 2 elevators were reserved for the wedding and 2 were not in service so the 15 min wait for an elevator was less than pleasant. Room service...menu said creole "cream" sauce but some one forgot that part or the menu changed and was not noted on the ordering menu. Other than that it was good.

Front desk staff could be more friendly. They were not helpful answering any questions. They weren’t terrible, but they also were not a good first impression.

We didn't like the top deck was closed off, we also did not get the chance to see the fireworks from the roof as expected.

No jacuzzi bath tub, and room service staff did not pick up dirty dishes for two days. It set in the hallway. Definitely needs a corrective action.

View was awesome and the location to many attractions were great. We walked everywhere and able to stop at many stores and restaurants along the way. We will stay here again.

The hallways were very hot. Parking was very expensive, but was definitely convenient not having to fight traffic! If booking breakfast through a third party they can’t see that you have that so make sure to notify the hotel so you get your voucher.

It was prefect for us. Right by the lake and within minutes walking of Navy Pier.

The breakfast voucher only covered a buffet that really wasn't all that terrific. I've gotten free at other hotels. In the beginning the guy had said it was $30 per person for buffet found out it was only $15 which didn't matter we had paid extra for vouchers. You basically got scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, oatmeal, French toast / pancakes and cereal. The dining staff was super friendly though.

Our daughter wishes that the pool had a staircase instead of just ladders - better for the little ones!

We loved the proximity to so many walkable attractions. The room was lovely with lots of storage and table options for our personal items.

Our room had a bit of noticable wear on walls, flooring and furniture, but still functional.

Beautiful moody colored rooms. Loved the back strip of lighting by the bed and the fun chandelier by the window. The city view was beautiful. We loved that a pool was on property and the observation deck from pool level was perfect for seeing the fireworks 🎇 at Navy Pier. Staff was so helpful and kind. Beautiful place to stay while in Chicago. Just a short walk from everything.
