Not very clean, very outdated, rundown looking, and floor wasn’t even clean when arriving.

Could have better quality items in room. Couch had an awful smell like mold or cat pee. Sink leaked, bed pretty uncomfortable with super old pillows. I pretty much packed everything I needed for the room so it was fine for the price.

Room had everything I needed , bed, fridge, bathroom. Even tho not good quality for the price I had everything I needed to stay there a few nights.

No ice. No shampoo. Very dirty front door on the inside. Dirty smudges on bathroom door. No toilet paper holders. Dumpyness.

They had no shampoo, the one ice machine they had was down and had been for a week. No toilet paper holders. The obviously long term guests were less than savory. It was dumpy but great location.

Loud guests made our stay horrible. We complained to the front desk around midnight that there were kids and other guests beings loud which made it difficult to sleep. They told us they'd take care of it but it continued until 4 AM and we complained again with the receptionist telling us that they gave a warning already (around midnight) and that they'd check with them again (which they didn't). Had this been resolved we'd say our stay was good.

The Room was a decent size but the towels were heavily worn and appeared dirty, the sheets pillows and covers were not clean and smelled like sweat.

Very shady and illegal deals happening in the parking lot and shady individuals hanging around parking lot and hallways after dark. Also have to go down to front desk every time you need something like clean towels or toilet paper. Not somewhere you send your child out to the car to get something.

1 street over from the beach so not a bad walk at all and they allow pets and no problem if your dog barks while you are away from your room. My room was clean as well.

The last time we were at the hotel, they had a little hospitality room where we could get coffee, juice and pastries in the morning. They didn't have that this time. However, they indicated that they just took over the management of the hotel.

Room that we eventually moved to was pretty good. The original room did not have a closet area to hang clothes and no iron/ironing board. The bed was find for me but my partner said it was not comfortable. We are TV watchers, so the TV and cable was excellent. The beach was walking distance from the hotel which we loved!!! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The overall hotel is in need of a major facelift. But we were pretty comfortable. Would come again; the price was good!!

Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Two already opened and partially used rolls of toilet paper in bathroom (there was one unopened roll at least). Pet fee that was not disclosed on the website/upon booking.

It was close to home which we needed. It was a pet friendly motel. Nobody smoked Crack outside of our room.

Bath tub and shower was never cleaned...asked for wash rags gave us dirty ones with hand stains and hair all over it an was rude about it....also allowing lil kids to jump off 2nd story into to 8 foot pool...and allowing them to be loud til midnight n the pool...all rooms are around the pool..

No coffee pot, limited towels, room could've been cleaner. Rooms are non smoking but there are burns on sheets and furniture.

Owner and employees are friendly and accommodating, 7-11 near by, only 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk, pet friendly. Pool on site.

Half the lamps and light fixtures were missing bulbs. There was solid black mold under my bed(discovered when I accidentally kicked my flip flop well underneath the bed and had to move the bed to retrieve. The kitchenette(reason for choosing this location) was rather filthy…something easily fixed with a sponge and soapy water as I did. I had to clean it from top to bottom before wanting to prepare food. The people in the room next to me tripped an electrical breaker that also affected my room. Neither of us had power for the night and no apology was offered. The owner of the hotel knocked on my door at 7:30am and when I answered, he was rather gruff w me. No greeting or kind words…just…”What did you do?” I didnt use any extra electrical devices other than my cell phone…the ladies in the room next to me had plugged in curling irons and hairdryers for a night out(I asked them) and they blew the circuit. it shouldn’t matter anyway…some sort of remorse or apology on the part of the owner would have been proper…not automatically blaming me. It turns out that the electrical panel was in my closet, wish I had known. I am a former electrician and the breaker in the panel was as old as the building and a relic from another era…only half had been updated. The night clerk and I checked the whole rest of the property the night it happened to find the tripped breaker with no luck…funny that I had access the whole time…the night clerk was also unable to reach the owner for help. The were no vacancies so I and those in the room next to me spent the night in rooms w/o power. A refund or discounted night would have gone a long way toward a better review. I liked the potential this property has…maybe the owner will figure the hospitality aspect of being a hotelier out.
