Bathrooms are small and my tv didn’t work. Engineer apparently came to the room but tv was never fixed. A bit annoying

(And obviously this was the good) Wine event was a nice touch. Before arriving Communication from staff about early check in was great… once we arrived valet service ppl were friendly and helpful and we received text messages about early check in at 11a which was very nice and appreciated

(Sorry the didn’t was more on my mind do write it first) My wife wanted decaf coffee and while 1 staff person made accommodation’s and prepared a cup herself the next day a different front desk person was unwilling to do anything to help. The first person even offered a kuerig for our room for addl mornings. Which was very nice … unfortunately the last experience is what I recall. :(

The restaurant was not available on Saturday morning, although it said it was. When we went down to the restaurant for coffee, the restaurant door was locked. When it finally opened at 9 AM, they said they were no longer serving breakfast.

The property is a nice hotel, very clean, and the location was excellent.

The pull out bed springs were very loud when rolling over and the mattress was not very comfortable.

The location offered convenient access to attractions including the Paramount Theatre and Pike Place Market.

The “king size” bed was more like a queen size bed. We have a king bed and have stayed in lots of hotels and this was the smallest king bed we’ve ever slept in. Also there are no amenities on the property. Maybe some of the pics shown are from their other location in Seattle?

Room layout was a bit awkward. Towel rack located in the actual shower was also hidden by the shower curtain was weird. It appeared we had no towels when we arrived.

"Resort fee" $20 per night that can be used at the attached restaurant. Used it for a serviceable breakfast but annoying. This is not a Resort.

Room didn't have a microwave. It was hard to control the room's temperature since the thermostat kept changing the set temperature. There was music in the elevator and it was quite loud. Every time the elevator stopped in our floor we could hear the music from inside the room. Eventually that was toned down. Breakfast had very few options available during the week. On weekends there was brunch which had more options but only started at 9am which was way too late.

Location was great, right where we needed to be. The room was spacious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a wine tasting in the afternoon that some people in our family liked and there was coffee and hot water in the lobby in the morning.

Coffee service in the room would have been nice

To start, the location was perfect for us. We parked with the valet and walk every where we needed to go for the rest of the trip including Lumen field, pike place market and the Seattle center. The staff was top notch, greeting us, answering all our questions and accomodating some special requests without issue. They were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable at every interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable.
