Beds took up most of the space in both bedrooms - i.e., difficult to walk around the beds. The advanced modern home features were a bit over the top for me personally but found it very easy to not use wi-fi washer / dryer / fridge feature etc. Second bedroom is a loft with low ceiling.

This is premanufactured Tiny home is within a campground / RV Park. The home has the latest modern amenities that give a vision of living in the future. Good free wi-fi. Close to historic downtown Truckee ~ 1 mile. There is easy highway access to I-80 without hearing highway noise. Very clean, it's a great large space for a single person. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

Super cute and modern tiny house with great amenities. The huge windows gave us great views of the sky, trees and snow. Check in was super easy, snow removal much appreciated and the cabin was mostly comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has a 4ft ceiling so difficult for adults and the compressor unit is right outside the bed so if you hate white noise be warned! It’s noisy. All appliances are brand new and work great once you figure out the stove top. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

You can't reach anyone after 6pm if you any need or if anything broke. Tried to call the number provided but no one ever pick up or call back.

We felt this place was over-priced for what it was. Also, be prepared to be hit with a slew of emails. It made it hard to find the really important email needed for checking in! I just counted 20 in one week, telling us about snow in Flagstaff?! Oof. It took about 6 hours for the space to heat up. Because it has a loft, the ceilings are very high. All the heat went to that space first, leaving us in our winter gear for much of the night while the loft space sleeping area was an oven. They should install ceiling fans to move the heat around. No extra towels or blankets. I feel they should stock extras, especially in winter. There's a coffee table with storage, we thought maybe the blankets were in there. I think that would be a value-add. There is a washer and drier but they are right next to the TV. Seating on the couch for three, no other lounge space for movie night. Toaster was broken, we didn't call it in. I feel confident they'd replace it if we did. Community Center closes at 5. We hoped to use that space to play a board game or two, the space looked inviting (and warm). When we did, it was being used for a private party. WHAT? Ok. If you have a large group of well-off friends or family this would be a perfect opp to rent several units as the patios with the firepits face one another and there's a great play space for the kids. Bring your own extra blankets.

These are new "cabins", they feature top-notch designer appliances (Bosch) and bathroom features like heated floors make a person feel special. They are for sale (I read somewhere $450k!), it looks like maybe they're renting them out in the meantime. It doesn't matter, they were perfect for our needs, but we were shocked at the sticker (sales) price. Snow removal (guy with a shovel) starts early, so don't expect to sleep in. We appreciated the clear walkways. Some reviewers complain this is an RV Park. I grew up in Florida where RV Parks are Joe Dirt communities. These RVs cost most than my San Francisco apartment! They are nice, the community is spotless, and the people were very friendly.

I love the mountain vibe despite its proximity to the town proper. The cabin was fully equipped with everything we need. We love the snow experience.

The bathroom sink leaked significantly when we turned on the faucet, flooding the floor. We also couldn't light the fire pit the first night. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach anyone for assistance after 5 pm. We did appreciate that the issues were promptly resolved after we visited the office the next morning. Perhaps improving communication channels after hours would be beneficial."

The facilities and furniture were new and clean, and the location was great, close to downtown Truckee.

The only issue we had with our stay here was the doorknobs for the main room and the bathroom. The stopped functioning fully and we had to try multiple times to open the doors but other than that, everything was great!

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the whole place. Everything was brand new and provided for us.

I thought it was out in the Forrest with a lot of space. It’s actually an RV park but is very nice. They have done a great job! If you have kids they would have to stay inside just like a hotel.

Close to freeway and downtown shopping and eating. Very cute with equipped kitchen and coffee pot! Huge breakfast on Saturdays!

The property night-safety lighting was really bright inside the unit., The unit stairs were very steep, The toilet was set quite high, and was therefor uncomfortable to use. The Staff didn't know about the trail advertised as having a connection to the property. The AC/Heating unit seemed to be always on warm and so it was hard to sleep at night. Neither of the beds were particularly comfortable - soft and unsupportive.

The unit was very clean. The blind control worked. All the appliances worked. The landscaped path between units was cute and the porch fire-pit was a nice touch. The bedside lamps were good.

The couch smelled like urine- we had to switch out the pillows. The dryer took hours to dry the clothes. It was just a bit too small (I hated the steep/slippery stairs)

The surroundings are awful. The cabins are placed in and RV campground that is old and surrounded by mobile homes Neighborhood very disappointing

We loved the cabin even though it is very cramped and should be for 2 people only
