Stool was wobbly. The window covering did not block out the light very well. With the porch lights on all night it was not dark enough to fully relax. Blackout curtains would certainly help.

I found it hard to locate the reception area. It is not easily accessible and looks like one of the rooms from outside. They need to have a big sign outside! They also need to have a hook to hang towels in the bathroom.

The room was not as clean as the 1st time we visited but it was NOT horrible (I have OCD). I was NOT happy with this bed as it felt much firmer than our previous stay. If we would have stayed longer than 1 night I would have needed a different room or different place. Overall though I enjoy staying with them

I believe they are the owner's, super nice and very friendly. I had requested my original room thought I was getting it, but when we got there they explained in future to call instead of email. I thought that was nice

Although I booked non smoking room because we are couple with child, we got smoking room..and everything was booked so we couldn’t change the room. It smelled badly and just because of the smell everything seemed dirty and much worse than it was. They tried to wash the smell off and to use air fresheners but that was impossible. We turned off the a/c and opened the windows but smell was still present whole night long.

Located right along the highway, 20mins from Cleveland. We were greeted with polite and friendly host. Room size is decent, beds comfy. Everything seemed nice and decent for one night stay. Outside a lot of parking lots, some green and nice flowers. Overall very nice motel.

Suggestions to add: No outlet close to the counter where the coffee pot was. The desk or kitchen area needs an outlet or a power strip for the coffee pot. Tried to make coffee and the machine leaked all the water out from the reservoir. Also an extra mirror in the main bedroom area would be nice so you don't have to share the one in the bathroom.

Location was great and it was a very quiet and safe area, Newly remodeled room that was clean and comfortable. I would return again.

There wasn't a full length mirror in the room which might have been nice since I had to put on a suit, but honestly that's not a big deal. It's an old school roadside motel, it is what it is.

This motel was simple and effective. I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, all I needed was a bed and a bathroom, and that's what I expected and that's what I got. It has been recently renovated, the bathroom was nicely done, and the AC worked well. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful when I needed to check in a little early. Obviously this isn't some 10/10, five star resort, but as motels go it was perfectly fine and I would definitely stay here again.

Strong exterior lighting immediately outside room window means that the room does not get dark at night. More effective blinds or curtains would help. Flies buzzing around in entrance lobby of office area.

Owners were very accommodating! We booked this for our trip to Cleveland to go to the R&R HOF & Rolling Stones Concert. I called and we were able to stop on way through get our Room key & leave our luggage! This made our trip a 100x easier.

Couldn't park in front of the room. There was no place to put clothes in the bathroom, no hooks on the back of the door for a robe or anything. Coffee pot had moldy used/coffee packet still in it.

Motel was close to the event we were attending. Liked the modern feel of the room, which appeared to be remodeled recently. Liked the little kitchen area w/fridge and microwave.

The motel is going through renovation, so any flaw I might point out could be addressed prior to reserving.

We were here for the solar eclipse on April 7th & 8th. The location was perfect. The motel is set back off the road, so you don’t hear traffic and it is situated against a backdrop of trees, so it doesn’t feel commercial. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice size refrigerator and a small microwave. A washer and dryer and a large ice machine is available. We felt lucky to have found this gem at a very reasonable price.

Apparently our room was a designated smoking room, which we did not ask for. (didn’t think they were allowed anymore), so there was a definite odor. Opening the windows helped.

The owner was very pleasant. They have been doing a massive renovation so some of the details have not been completed. Brand new bathrooms. New overhead lighting in the unit. New fridge and coffeemaker.

There was just one thing on the paperwork it said welcome to our newly remodelled established my room was still being painted all the patchwork was done just the final coat
