Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe main pool had an issue where there was no water (though they were refilling it) - PLUS its Very hard to get lounge chairs during the day if you don't get down to the pool by 7AM, or whenever they open. Also, strange that you use a key and not a card to open and lock your hotel room door - very antiquated. Lastly there were no USB plugs that were convenient bed side to charge phones and ipads etc - only ones available high up on the wall above the beds attached to the light that you couldn't reach Overall - the resort needs ALOT of upgrading - and TLC
The camraderie with the other visitors - to us, is the main attraction - families that have been staying there for years - but the resort has a lot of things to offer - recreation wise and entertainment, so you never have to leave the property

United StatesIt was dated. We had to park across the street and the walk from the lot to the hotel was dark.
It was quiet despite being a family resort. The breakfast was pretty good.

United StatesThe parking lot can definitely be re-done and I feel there should be a better walkway from the parking lot to the main hotel. Our room was also very dated but it was nostalgic in a way.
The location is extremely peaceful and the entrance area is beautifully kept, I was impressed with the fountain and flowers on the property.

United StatesThe place needs an upgrade, big time. My key card didn't always work, which was a pain in the butt. I didn't like having to carry around that room charge card; the room number should have been sufficient for charges. My cell service was spotty for a resort like that, I also found it extremely odd that there was no USB port in the room; had to buy a brick at the hotel gift shop so I could charge my phone and laptop.
I liked the price of the add-ons; very reasonable. I went up to go to a concert at Bethel Woods and was able to get a seat on the hotel shuttle for $25. That was money well spent since I was alone. It made the concert experience all that much more memorable.

United StatesIf you are not a time share holder, expect discrimination On our two days breakfast experience, a server with a named Maza displayed a very rude demeanor by yelling at me just because I took a cup from another table for my son. This staff not only disrespected me but had totally ignored my whole family needs while we're dining by not asking us if we need anything. I have to constantly raise my hand and ask for assistance while he comes to other guests and constantly ask if they need anything. When the issue was brought up to the maitre-d' names Randy, instead of addressing their staff of the disrespectful behavior, we were threatened that we would be removed from the dining. We then spoke to the operations manager, Carol, who was very arrogant as well. Telling us that we should not have taken the cup repeatedly from another table. Whoever is reading this, what do you think.? Instead of apologizing for the incident, she is defending her staff behavior. THIs is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect no matter what. The staff can just easily replace the cup I took with no issues. THE MANAGEMENT DID NOT SHOw any concerns with their guests. Instead, made us feel that it was our fault. Do not come here if you do not want to experience discrimination.
I like the show very much and the ski activities.

United StatesFront desk staff was rude, food was mediocre, 2 out of 4 bumper boats were not working, saw an ant crawling on my bed, beds in room just had a sheet and thin blanket- no bedspread or comforter, when checking in - no bell hop, no cell service - had to go out of the building to use a phone. No valet service like there use to be. All in all staff didn’t look or sound like they liked being there either.

United StatesNot clean, smelled, poor hospitality, poor food quality, room not stalked with towels, toilet paper, the electrical outlets, and lamp did not work and charged extra for maintenance. This should be charged when paying $400/night for a room that should be stocked and in working order. Parking and amenities not customer friendly. The indoor heated pool was closed and unavailable the entire stay. For a resort and this price cost, there was deceptive advertising which is disdainful. I do not recommend this lodging resort.
The property location was beautiful and peaceful.

United StatesThe wait time for food at the cafe restaurant the first night was ridiculously long, like about an hour and a half and we had 13 hungry kids. They said they were understaffed but we didn’t even get a menu for the longest time. Our friends at the next table said they waited an hour to get their drinks. It didn’t seem overly busy and they had a few people working. The second night was much better.
So much to offer all ages, great for families.
