There was something weird going on with the keys. When we first checked in, they said their key machine was not working. The manager took us up, let us in, and told us they would let us know when the keys were ready. We didn't get a call, so when we left for dinner, we stopped at the desk to ask about what we should do when we came back and she said "oh, your keys are ready". No problem. The next day, when we returned home, the keys wouldn't work. We were told that they must have been demagnitized. Again, we had to be let into our room and wait to get our keys. It was an irritation rather than a big deal.

The price was right. The hotel itself was classier than I expected, but it was a little worn.

Wifi was basically non-existent. Free parking garage was not large enough for all guests. Gym equipment needs upgrading. I asked for a bulb replacement and it was never done. Lighting in the room is a bit dark, not enough outlets.

The planes flying overhead was the worst part. We booked it due to its proximity to SFO. We didn’t know that we would be directly in the flight path ALL night long. Luckily we were getting up at 4am anyways. But didn’t get much sleep.

Really neat property and well decorated and huge room. Staff were friendly and cookies were delicious.

A very fairly priced hotel 5-10 minutes from the SFO airport. It's a quick 5 minute drive to the rental car center from the hotel on surface roads, so no traffic. I was expecting a basic hotel and I found the rooms, shower, bed to be above average. The one clear downside was airplane noise. But for me the noise never effected my sleep.

The pool has been closed since the pandemic, but the hotel profile leads you to believe it is available which is unfortunate, considering its almost been 5 years now. Also my emails in the weeks prior to my stay to confirm the availability of this facility went unanswered for some reason.

I stayed in the king suite, which was spacious and really nice. The only problem I encountered was the bathroom sink drained extremely slow. It was pretty gross brush my teeth and seeing all the debris float in the sink. Parking is also very limited.

The location was great and easy to find. The staff were also really nice. I had a pleasant experience with every person I interacted with.

I couldn’t make the hair blower work. Some lights are dim. The remote control didn’t work well. The smart tv is a waste without wifi coonwction.

The breakfast fit our usual breakfast which is very good. The bed is comfortable I slept well.

Something is not quite right with AC heating mode, and maintenance guy has never got back from his break to look it out :)

I've extended another day of stay through booking.com and messed up with the dates. Instead of checking me out and double charging, the manager, mister A, was very helpful fixing this out. Overall, the hotel and rooms decor is beautiful and solid. Clean and comfortable. The atmosphere brought me the feelings of "old fashioned successful city", like San Francisco was a years ago...

There was an issue with the TV; evidently, the system was down for everybody. We were interested in watching an evening college football game, so we had to go down to the lobby to watch it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the parking was convenient, the room was comfortable and well appointed although older and quaint.

Only one smaller size pillow per person.

Close to the freeway, onsite parking, large room, shower was good with plenty of hot water. TV had lots of channels and there was a channel guide on the dresser. Nice sized coffee bar with a keurig coffee machine. Room had a microwave, fridge and safe. Bed was a little soft but comfortable.

The mattresses were too soft for our taste and with our room window facing the street it was a bit loud at times. But we were so tired and jet-lagged that we were able to sleep anyway.

Although the decoration is dated or at least a certain style, the hotel was cosy and clean. The breakfast was good too, with many options and fresh fruit, which we always like. We also took advantage of the gym which has some good machines and weight. It is also nice that the bus stop is right outside of the hotel, so in around 30 minutes we made it there from the airport.
