We’re experiencing a problem in the middle of the night with one of the bathrooms leaking. However, they’ve provided us with a better bedroom and offered us a reasonable late checkout.

The elevator was broken on my floor and the cleaning person left the rag they wipe the room down with in my room on my desk.

Booked trip through hotel but then turned away by tour operator - full refund given. Towels were constantly in short supply for all our party‘s rooms - often had to ask.

$176 for one night with no breakfast, additional $50 to check-in room early enough although it was ready, $150 to check out 4 hours later the next day, in total $376 for one night without breakfast was a very expensive stay.

Perfect location, room was spacious and amazing view. We stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony which we felt was definitely worth the extra price given the view and size of the room. Rooms were modern and comfortable however cleanliness could have been a little bit better in some areas. Pool area was small but we enjoyed it, the only thing we missed was a pool bar as drinks from the downstairs bar were quite expensive to takeout. Location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and a quick uber to other places. Quite noisy outside at the weekends but didn’t bother us. Staff were friendly. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant downstairs was amazing. Would recommend for a stay in South Beach, compared to other hotels on Ocean Drive this is one of the better ones

Roms are a bit outdated. Housekepping didn‘t show up. After requesting it only Basic cleaning was performed.

The rooms need to get some repairs done, the bathroom doors are not closing, in both rooms that we booked same problems. The sliding doors to the terrace stuck and the lock was broken. Minor repairs but they need to be done by a professional.

It is a vintage hotel building with a beautiful lobby. The rooms are clean and the interior is nice. The sun beds around the pool are very comfortable and free of charge. The location is right by the ocean, bars, restaurants. Fancy district. Nice to walk in the evening. Fast lift in the hotel.

The hotel location is perfect - close to the beach, the Art Deco area, Espanola, Lincoln Road, a lot of key things are walks away. If you need to get to the busy areas you will need a cab tho. The room is very comfy, they restock the facilities - bottles or water and good quality coffee - every day so you won't have to buy these daily. The lobby is comfy to meet friends, work from, they even have computers available if you travel for work. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had emergency with my flight so I had to cancel a night of my stay knowing that it is non-refundable a day before the trip, but understanding my situation and that it was not my fault (I was among many stuck in Qatar during Israel-Iran war) they offered me to pay for the nights I stay and get refunded for the one night i skip. Luckily I didn't have to skip my one night but the generosity of this offer and the willingness to understand was very flattering. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, it has everything you need and anything extra can be requested. The hotel has a nice pool, tho I never used it because I prefer the beach. Overall, it is worth to stay in this hotel, no fancy extra stuff but serving the guests needs. Thank you

The thermostat could not be turned to a cooler temp. Made for uncomfortably hot sleeps. Would also like to have access to an ice machine instead of having to request it.

Check in was promised early and a lot of miscommunication and promises not kept. Spa no longer accessible with just your stay. Have to pay $75 per day just to use some of the spa amenities. That was an unwelcome change.

Friendly and informative staff and a great location on Ocean Drive. Breakfast was fabulous, and although separate from the hotel, it is connected. We stepped from our room terrace onto the pool deck, which had comfy cabana-style seating. It was mildly annoying that they didn't have a pool bar service, and you had to go down to the independent bar for drinks and bring them back yourself. A coffee cart in the foyer was a nice touch.
