(we were there for 15 mins and he never brought it back . one kind of yogurt , and only apples- i understand the kitchen facilities weren’t in use yet and this was a temporary set up/ but i think those are simple requests the room was really nice and updated except…my side of the bed had no light nor outlet…so my phone was on the floor - strange considering it was recently renovated

Overall I had a good stay. This property is beginning to show its age. The shower curtain rod sags. Tile by the vanity sink felt like it was about to come up. (made crunch noise when stepping)

The staff that I met were all very friendly and professional. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Though there was no laundry bag, and the sole on the iron in my room was broken. I did not use any of the amenities, but they all looked clean and properly looked after.

There were minimal things that I felt we needed. There is only one end table in the bedrooms which was inconvenient and there was only a mirror in the bathroom. When you are 4 people in a room and half can sleep in it is hard to get ready in the living area with no mirror. The pots provided were scratched, dirty and had black stuff stuck on it. We couldn't use them. I had to go purchase a small frying pan.

Great location. My son attends a program at the University, while he is doing his thing, me daughters and I are able to relax in our room or find fun things to do within 10 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was decent... we enjoyed it the year before better. Since we had a kitchen I was able to supplement with our food when needed. Rooms were clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

The room we stayed in looked clean, but because there were pets in the room before (cats), I had a very bad allergic reaction. They should keep some rooms pet-free, alert people that there were pets, or do a better job cleaning after them. I was sneezing for two days.

I had an issue with being charged twice. There needs to be a better way to ensure this doesn’t happen. Maybe when guest check-in there is a way to see how the room is booked. Or ask the guest if they booked through a 3rd party and paid in full already.

I like that breakfast is part of the stay for the entire stay. The pool was well kept. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

We arrived an hour early and was told our room wasn't ready so we left and came back at 3:15 to be told our room still wasn't ready and he had no idea when our room would be available. When we questioned why there were no cars in the parking lot he then offered us another room. Why weren't we offered another room the first time? We think check in was terrible. After driving 4 hours to get there the man could have been more helpful and accommodating. No fresh coffee or water in the lobby except for breakfast which ended too early at 9am.

The room was very nice size. Had a kitchen. Very clean and bed was big and cozy. Bathroom was large and clean. Nice lobby and good breakfast. Great location.

The breakfast was perhaps a little lackluster compared to some other hotel breakfasts, but nothing overly disappointing. There also isn't any room service and the mini store they have doesn't have too much of a selection, but still, nothing overly disappointing whatsoever.

We were very pleased with both the size and cleanliness of the room. We felt that the room was well worth the price, and all of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant. They were also accommodating to both our check-in and check-out time.

The property is under renovation so breakfast is a very temporary set up and very limited in selection. The sleeper sofa in our room had no bed linens on it nor were there any in the room. We had to go back down to reception to get them. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. There was nothing in the room to say that the rooms were not cleaned daily. No creamer was stocked with the coffee supplies either. When paying over $225 per night these were things that should have been taken care of
