This place is like a paradise it's just a getaway to absolutely enjoy relax get in the ocean get in the pool meet people Exquisite food the staff couldn't have been any friendlier and accommodating and the room is absolutely gorgeous do yourself a favor take the weekend off and go stay here you will not be disappointed that's just as simple as I can put it this place is glorious what a jewel in the state of Florida

We loved our stay and the staff & the service was hands down the best! But if i were to leave this box empty or type N/A, i would be lying to you & myself as well. The cleanliness of our room was pretty low. When using the sink, some water had gotten on the floor so i used a paper towel(i brought my own paper towels) to wipe it up and when i finished, i went to throw the paper towel away and noticed the paper towel was now black… The carpets were not vacuumed, and the walls were dirty. We very much enjoyed our stay and the service we received was exceptional! So I did not make it a big deal or say anything about it, but now that im being asked what i didn’t like about the property, that would have to be the only dislike, but this is something that would not change my mind on Giving this property 5 stars!!:)

The pool being open 24 hours was definitely super awesome!! I believe most hotels should have this. Valet was superb :) Our stay was excellent! We were treated like family and we felt very at home. Our two 70 LB dogs were very welcomed as well. They have complementary dog treats in little goodie bags in the lobby near the seating area that i thought was pretty cool. Poolside staff was great. They are top tier in there service 100% :)

Check valet crashed my car, they are in the process of repairing it. Accidents happen.

The location was great, i was able to take long walks on the beach right from the resort.

No table and chairs for sitting around and playing cards etc. the outdoor tables were for the restaurants.

Location was great we walked everywhere, on the beach to town to dinner. The area was relaxed and clean. The hotel was a step up for us compared to prior hotels we’ve stayed. Our balcony had a view of the ocean and the pool unlike others where you had to lean over the balcony to get a glimpse of the ocean.

The beach chairs and towels not being available after 5pm was a shame. It could maybe be extended to 6 or 7 pm

The service was excellent all around. Special thanks to Ryan at the front desk and Tom at Cobalt restaurant, who both really went above and beyond. Our room and the food were great.

Like shampoo is watered down and shower gel. Handle to the bathroom loose. Seat with the stain. Their don’t clean upholstery well in the living areas.

It’s an awesome hotel. Nice staff. Pet friendly. Took pics of my pets. We were given beds and bowls for them.
