There was nothing I did not like.

Quiet and clean. Good location. Close to everything. Staff were polite and friendly. Everyone especially office staff were very welcoming and nice.

My only complaint was one gate going into the pool area didn't close and it was wedged open with a brick at all times. Being a swim instructor for children this is very dangerous. A proper pool safety lock should be installed and the gate should never be wedged open. Another umbrella where the pool lounge chairs were.

Everything! The staff were fantastic! The villa was very clean, in a great location, plenty of parking and there were free bikes to ride. The ac was really cold! It was also very quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and there was a nice sized fridge. Walking distance to the beach and historic downtown with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool was a good size.I would definitely stay there again!

Parking inside court was a little tight, but plenty of street parking right in front.

My studio apt was large, cheerful and quiet. Pool was close by, clean and well landscaped. 5 minute walk to downtown Venice Beach, 6 minute drive to Casperian Beach with clean public bathrooms and rinse off shower. Less than 5 minute drive to Tamiami Trail, but quiet. Lots of beach equipment and bikes to borrow. Lovely hosts and staff. Price was right and location perfect. I really hated to leave. I will return.

It was perfect. It would. Have been great to have an ice Maker in the fridge. But otherwise everything was wonderful.

Honestly, there is nothing negative to mention about our stay in Venice and particularly at Venice Beach Villas

The apartment, the hosts, the beach stuff, the pool were great,. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants, bars and shops nearby. If you want to practice sports, there are tennis and basketball courts in front of the property that can be used freely.

The location is close enough to downtown and the beach to walk to either, there was a great Saturday morning market right across the street, everyone was helpful and friendly, and the staff had all the beach gear you’d need for shark tooth hunting. We had a great stay and have already recommended the property to two friends looking to visit the area!

Nothing. Everyone was friendly and they have all the stuff you would need for a day at the beach (chairs, coolers, toys, etc.).

The efficiency bedroom (#5) was clean and cozy and served our needs. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Just one block from downtown main street and three blocks from the beach. Nice big built in pool also was a hit with our grandson.

Everything about Venice beach Villas was fantastic. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Ken was an excellent host and tour guide. Location was fantastic, 5 mins walk to beach and 5 mins walk to bars, restaurants and shops.

The only very slight niggle I had was there was nowhere to hang washing. I don’t tumble dry all my clothes.

All the staff at Venice Beach Villas were very helpful and polite. The Villas were as stated in the details and with extras such as free bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, cool boxes for the beach and sand shifters to help search for sharks teeth. I also found the laundry very helpful as we had just spent 10 days on the road driving part of Route 66. This is a great place to stay, I think we were here the longest at 10 days, some people only seemed to stay for a few days. Pool was never busy but warm to swim in. Many thanks.

Parking on property was kind of tight. There is also street parking but at night we felt better having jeep on the property.

Great location. Although we didn't use them this trip, they had lots of things to use - bikes, shark tooth hunting supplies, coolers, etc. Nice pool. Friendly owners and staff.
