The facility is showing its age, but the very fair price more than offset this minor criticism.

The spaciousness of our suite. It is more than a typical motel room since it has a full kitchen as well as a huge bathroom. The mattresses on both queen beds were very comfortable. And while the inn does not serve breakfast, they provided us a goodie bag with fresh fruit, frozen breakfast sandwiches, health bars, & coffee. The a/c worked well, especially considering it is 105 when we checked in.

Noisy. There is a noise emanating from the next door bathroom all throughout the night. Hard to aleep. Aircon in our room would stop at time even when it is still turned on.

A couple gripes: the property’s ice machine still out of order, and the floor needed a mop (the shower pic is the dirt that came off my bare feet). There’s a Dollar Tree just up the road and ice is $2/bag.

This was our second stay here - this time, we stayed in Room 123 from 5/30 to 6/2/2025. $307 for three nights. The rooms are large; the bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and strong. The Smart TV works – don’t bother with the DirecTV! Love the to-go breakfast: Jimmy Dean sandwich, yogurt, granola bar, a fruit and coffee, plates and utensils. The refrigerator/freezer and air conditioning are all super cold. The clientele appeared to be mostly travelers, not residents. Grade: A.

TV/Dish combo never was figured out. Mattress was a little long in the tooth. Shower head was pretty wimpy. Lobby was closed at 4PM so our check-in was carried out through a small window.

Away from the bustle of downtown. Parking outside the room. Spotlessly clean in the room. A/C worked fine as did fridge and microwave. Across the street from an OK pizza place, so no need to pile in the car or walk a couple of miles.

Felt not safe because the reception is through a small window. Customers had to wait outside. Breakfast was offered the night before.

Could use a lamp, because the only light was the bright overhead light. That's all.

EXCELLENT bed -- mattress was heavenly, sheets and blankets were so nice. Check in and out was simple and smooth. Very clean. (No weird odors, like some places have.) Felt safe. Quiet. Highly recommend.

I don't care for their pillows...too hard. However, that's a small issue, easily solved by bringing my own!

Such clean rooms! I will be traveling a lot to Redding in the next few months and I intend to stay here each time, if possible. It's easy to get in/out of the property. It's quiet there, too.

Shower head plugged with mineral scale. Bathroom faucet hard to operate, needs replacing.

I wish the actual lobby was open. Check-in is done at the night window only. It would also be more pleasant to either have coffee available in the room or lobby. Dutch Bros is located a block away, though!

The room was so clean and smelled fresh when you opened the door! I really like that most rooms are ground floor and parking is right in front of your room. The lady who checked me in was so nice!
