The staff at the front desk were not terribly helpful. I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room and they simply said oh well, maybe we don’t offer them. I did eventually find one!

The rooms facing the river were great. I have 2 goldens and we had a lot of space in the room. The restaurant is tasty as well. Definitely the peach cobbler for dessert

Beautiful location along the river. Very clean, comfortable, and fully accommodating room. The restaurant on-site offered a wonderful menu. We enjoyed our breakfast while watching the birds along the river. Highly recommend this Hotel!!

The only negative was that our keys did not work initially. We had to put our luggage back in the car and go back to the office for new keys. Otherwise great and would stay again!!

Not 1 damn thing! It was great.

Our flight home was canceled last minute so we scrambled to find a room for the night. We were frustrated and just exhausted (after being up since 1am). The staff was incredible!!! Tiana was so kind and thoughtful, she gave us tokens to use in the restaurant so we could finally eat something (it's was 6pm at this point). You should be so proud of the kindness, professionalism, and just overall demeanor of all your staff.

Room was very nice and comfortable with great A/C. I slept incredibly well on the king sized bed. Really enjoyed the pool, and it was incredibly convenient for location as I was seeing a show at the Cuthbert Amphitheatre.

If I had to find something to mention as not ideal, I would say the parking lot size is small given the size of the hotel.

The hotel has really good facilities, and the pool was certainly a high note as it was really hot the time we spent there. The kids loved it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to bring our little dog to the bar section of the restaurant. The hotel doesn’t have room service but we could get both food and wine “to go”, including wine glasses and utensils, from the restaurant.

It was really clean, the room was cleaned every day.We loved the mid century decor. The little snack store in the lobby was a great idea. The restaurant and patio on the river walk was beautiful.

Lobby coffee could be done better. You have to order it from somebody at the front desk. Would have been nice to just be able to go and make your own how you want it.

The property is really beautiful. I understand it's a recent remodel but the color and decor was just so calm and welcoming. The furniture in the room was very well designed. Coffee maker was very high end. Food in restaurant was tasty and reasonable, with great service.

The rooms on the bottom floor is noisy with footsteps from overhead.

The rooms overlooking the river are really nice. The restaurant food was good. The service was excellent in the bar and restaurant. Front desk staff was friendly and polite.

We had a connection room with someone and we could hear all their conversation. It was a bit loudly. We could at least have this information as we were able to choose between some rooms, but we just got the one they proposed.
