It was in a very picturesque area, close to where I needed to be. The staff were welcoming and kind. The property was clean, it was quiet, and felt very homey.

Staff should know better who is staying and who is leaving. For example , they left outside of our room change of towels and we were leaving today. Or another example is that they sent a message about a petition and we were already at the place, it was our 2nd night.

What I liked the most was the sorroundings . The forest and streets are beautiful. The condo was comfortable.

Relative to our vacation agenda,, we had to travel a lot to see those things we wanted to do.

Facility is well taken care of and accommodations are like having your own apartment. It is a resort with exceptional facilities and is ideal for a family looking for a vacation. It is little isolated and requires you to use your automobile to get around to the many other activates in the Vail valley.

I wish the condo would've provided portable fans as we thought that was part of the package when we checked in. Not a big deal, but would've been helpful for our teenage boys.

The VRC location is ideal. The setting of the resort is absolutely picturesque nestled with amongst the mountains. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It had much of the utensils that we needed to cook breakfast and lunches. We loved their courts, both for tennis and pickleball. The health club has very nice amenities between the gym, cardio room and pool/sauna/steam room.

It was a really nice place, a little bit away from Vail village, about 4 MI, but the reasonable price reflects the location.

Our unit was spotless, the decor was new and fresh, fairly good views from the front deck or the back deck. Lots of amenities at the place which unfortunately we didn't have enough time to take advantage of. But everything that we saw was beautifully clean. Free parking was a huge bonus.

We recommend upgrading the very old TV. The bedroom does not have much natural light. The women’s steam room and sauna never worked during the whole stay. There was very poor communication within the staff (they were clueless about these issues, and did nothing to repair them). The staff didn’t add any value to the accommodation whatsoever. We never had the trash picked up nor the room cleaned (it should have been on 12/27, but no one came in). As per the unit, it could be cheaper because the club services were not provided as described.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and scenic. The kitchen is very well equipped, the place has two bathrooms, the parking is accessible and convenient, the public transportation is nearby.

We loved the facilities, the location (Bighorn Park was just some feet away from the property and the kids enjoyed the playground a lot, also the Vail shuttle stop is right in front of the property so you can explore Vail with no issue), kitchen very well equipped and overall the apartment was great.

Vail is just sooo expensive and this accommodation is no exception. I guess it's par for the course in Vail but I've stayed in similar lodging for much less money in other ski areas.

I stayed here to Ski at Vail, so having the bus stop onsight was nice. The unit had a fireplace which was so cozy for Apres Ski.
