There’s no elevator so be ready to drag your luggage up stairs. The cleaning staff in the morning is extremely loud and indifferent, to rude with the guests.

Everything was matching the description. Very basic, tiny room in quite a good location. Nothing to complain about, except that it really was a absurdly small room, without any window. Exactly as in the description. The price was one of the lowest I could find. There was no problems at all during the stay. But it is hard to rate such a room with high grades. Ventilation worked great for such a tiny, closed room.

It’s a good budget option, it keeps you on Manhattan but it gives you a NYC apartment feel with shared bathrooms that people leave their hair in the shower, and the tiny rooms.

Room was very small, no windows, no AC (I knew that before so no surprise). Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Walls are very flimsy, you can hear other guests watching videos on their phone from your room.

Great location, you can walk almost everywhere, also, close to the subway. Luggage storage was free.

No lift, no microwave, no kettle, shower room very small. Bed not being make up daily or changes of linen , bath towels did not changr everyday, two bath towels for the entire 3 days , no floor mat in the bath room. Rubbish not being clean up.

Lack of an elevator and a huge flight of stairs at the front entrance makes it very difficult to carry luggage to and from the room, no TV may be a struggle for some, shared bathroom can be awkward at times, rooms are reasonably small, and the other tenants weren't very good at keeping quiet.

Well maintained room for the cheap price, helpful and nice staff, great location allows you to reach any spot in walking distance and subway easily, free and good wifi. I highly recommend it if you plan to spend most of your time out in the town and not in your hotel room, good price and very simple check in/check out. I was able to check in earlier than expected.

To be fair, this property had the lowest price with attached bathroom included. I did not expect that much from the accomodation, but it surpassed my expectations. The room we were provided was clean. Bed was very very basic but manageable. Toilets were clean.

This hotel is in a very close proximity to the grand station which is only 15 min train ride to the hotspots in manhattan such as time square, Central Park and even downtown areas

Of course hostel style hotel isn’t what everyone wants but it’s NYC ur there to sleep and that’s it; get yourself some shower shoes and ur good to go

My double bed was some kind of fold down affair. It was essentially a box spring with no mattress, making it incredibly uncomfortable. I had to use the two pillows as a kind of mattress. I paid a relatively large amount of money for this experience.

Heart of the city so the location is amazing. We had issues with room temperature so we asked for help and the staff helped. The room was too small but we understand as its a NYC thing.
