    The bed is a bit soft, you have to bring you own cooking utensil, plates etc

    Nothing fancy, full kitchen, facility is clean and quiet.

    Very disappointed as this hotel on your web site states breakfast included and don’t do breakfast at all This is very misleading as I booked because it said breakfast included

    I liked everything about the location accept for the head maid. I feel that she bullied the employees that were under her and I witnessed her being unusually hard on them. I would go back If she wasn’t there. I was afraid for the ladies job security

    The staff were all rude except for the lady who works at night, the place was untidy and they do not provide any cookware or cutlery despite being an extended stay. Our room was booked for 10 nights via booking. However, we were charged for 14 nights, despite only needing 10 nights.

    The location of the property was ideal and easily accessible.

    The put us out cause we found bed bugs. God forbid you exercise your right to freedom of speech. You will there become and ignorant individual who's loud and disrespectful.

    Most things about this place were awful. The biggest thing was how they handled my service dogs. Despite advertising as pet-friendly, if you have dogs PLEASE steer clear of this place. We were forced to leave because our service dogs barked to be let outside. They gave zero warning that this was going to happen and chose to inform us of this after check out so they wouldn’t have to refund us for that day. They claim to be pet friendly, but if your animal isn’t completely invisible they make it clear you aren’t welcome here despite the pricy pet fee. They also tried to claim we didn’t declare our animals at check in when we very much did so immediately. On top of this, our room didn’t have trash cans, a working television, pillows, or a working phone. If it weren’t for the sweet repairman bringing us what he could, we would have been even more miserable. I was 8 hours away from home trying to recover from a recent surgery I had in Austin. I felt unsafe, unwanted, and uncared for at the time I needed it the most. There was zero empathy from management whatsoever. This is by far one of the worse experiences I have had staying anywhere, and if you can go somewhere else please do. Especially if you have pets or service animals.

    The front desk people were kind, even when management wasn’t.

    Shower could be stronger, fitness they can add dumbbells, but they have treadmill, and weight machine etc.

    Liked it a lot, recommend this place , hospitable, clean, stylish and comfy.

    Housekeeping was very rude she didn’t speak kicked us out the room and closed the door me and my small child had to sit in the hallway about 30 minutes we both felt very uncomfortable. There was a lot of drama at night bums druggies and whores! Beds hard as a rock woke up several times w a sore back no hot water. But above all of that housekeeping was verry rude!!!

    Never got to stay because they don't do check ins after 10pm and our flight landed at 11. They refused to even let us in the lobby and we had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night

    unfortunately only half of our shower head was working because the other half was clogged, making it a miserable experience to shower in our room.

    Staff was rude beyond measure! Wouldn’t honor reservation booked thru website gave me every reason then pushed me my ID and said have a nice day we can’t accommodate you! So much more I’m just not wasting more time detailing it. Asked for MGR and was told there’s no point she will tell you same thing! Still awaiting my refund from a place I never stayed!!

    Far exceeded what we expected. Rooms are well designed and laid out. Everything was working (even some 4-star hotels where we've stayed, had trouble with that!). We loved front desk associate Yobana, she's wonderful! And even Edmondo was pleasant (if a bit less personable). Rates were very reasonable. Hotel is well cared-for. And the staff really seem to care about guests.

    At time of check in I was told there was a note that I had two dogs and was not allowed to stay. I have never had dogs and I have never stayed at your property. There was not management on site available on call - 4 in the afternoon at check-in time. Difficult to believe. At minimum a manager should be on call. I called some 1-800 number... which is not sufficient to get day of help. Absolutely ridiculous. I was turned down to be allowed to stay. I am near certain I was profiled. I am a professional - AND I am black. I can only assume you wouldnt treat your white guest like this. I hope you dont now assume i had a bad attitude or did something to deserve this horid treatment. I was and am livid. Your management is a serious liability. I will never step foot on your property until I see a fix.

    A little further out of Austin than we would have liked but still good.

    What I didn't like is that they overcharged me and booking.com didn't follow up to correct the amount. Won't use booking.com any more!
