We really enjoyed our time in Cocoa Beach and this cottage was the perfect place to stay! We walked to the beach every single day and it has all of the necessities we needed. We will definitely book again!

There is no pool....and you are about 3 blocks from the beach...which isnt too bad...but you have to cross A1A and its a bit of a pain. If you drive to beach, its paid parking.

Nice little villa. I remember them from when I lived in the area in the 80's. They have been updated and are nice and have all household items for a beach get away.

I would say the living room light but we found the remote a few days later lol we had no issues with the property.

Everything was amazing, our unit was secluded and peaceful. It was so great we spent most of our vacation on the property. We will definitely be back.

The bed in master bedroom was kinda squeaky.

The location is very good. It is literally couple of blocks from the beach and several blocks from the Cocoa beach center. Restaurants within walking distance. A great BBQ place is around the corner. I did not have to use the car at all, which is great! Screened patio is a great place to have breakfast/lunch!

The wifi signal was a little weak.

The host has thought of everything and made checking in/out easy. He has stocked the house with everything we needed, and the washer and dryer on sight was so helpful for my family. We really enjoyed the neighboring vacationers. They were so sweet.

This is a great location for walking across the street to the beach and to restaurants. The beach is in this area is not crowded at all which is nice. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and would come back.

Only thing I could fault about the place is the top burner for the oven wasn't working as I'm sure it's an easy fix no doubt but made things difficult when trying to cook pizzas lol so we had to get creative!!!

We enjoyed the atmosphere of feeling like it was our own and not your common hotel room! The location was great and close to virtually everything but especially the super short distance to Port Canaveral where we would be embarking on our cruise. It's super clean with attention to detail on every aspect and will definitely be returning for future stays!

The property is great!! Just keep in mind; if you don’t have a rental car, prepare to take a short Uber drive to all “activities” (pier, mini golf, go karts, etc) and most shops are 2-3 miles down the street. Luckily, Uber/Lyft is very readily available and affordable. The only information that would’ve made finding which cottage we were staying at easier, would’ve been knowing there were 4 places (2 in the front and 2 in the back) because we did get a little confused by that, and we had to help a neighbor who was confused which was hers too, made us feel better knowing we weren’t the only confused ones! -Overall,I highly recommend anyone looking to travel to Cocoa Beach to book a stay here!

Beautiful little cottage and property.. short walk from the beach and restaurants, Dollar General is also conveniently located only a block away for basic needs, and there’s tons of live music near by!
