It smelled like a thousand cats were in the room. So horrible! The hot tub didnt even get hot and the water pressure was so low, it would have took a day to fill the tub up. A cold spa bath

The blackmold in the bathroom and roaches in the bathroom THE WHOLE ROOM . Even when I put my things on top of the table I was nervous to sleep there an keep my belongings there.

The bed covers had holes in them and were very worn. When we turned down the bed covers we saw that the sheets were dingy and had a lot of brown stains. This was on both beds. The staff said it was their laundry detergent that caused the stains. Also, the smoke detector was broken off the wall and sitting on the TV stand. The bathtub had lots of stains

Pillow cases were dirty my sheep had crumbs all in my bed I had to change my sheets and pillow cases there was no tissue in the bathroom there was noise above level beating on doors all night it was a horrible night this is my second state at the university the first time was even worse than that

Because I didn't get any assistance kids were playing out in the parking lot and when I said something to the man about it he told me that they're just too so they had the right to play out in the parking lot and make all that noise

Not today was horrible the bed had pulled all over it and wasn't clean the noise level with that 100 and I reported it twice and nothing happened sound like the people were coming through the walls the refrigerator had soda in it that had popped and it was jet black on the inside it was not a very good stay at all I hate it I wasted my money but when I complain the man at the office never tried to accommodate me at all

Staff are not trained on online reservations so they always try to double charge - even with proof that you have already prepaid. Security bolt was barely hanging onto wall, the Floor in room was extremely sticky, (good thing I brought shower shoes), insanely dusty vent in Bathroom let's in ice cold air from outside, mold on the ceiling, oddly dirty yet warm freezer & towels smelled like "cigga-weed". Walls are super thin so you can hear absolutely everything from who is showering to who is getting busy. Housekeeping begins banging on the doors at exactly 10am & make obnoxious comments to one another about various customers they've encountered. Would not recommend.

The people were loud . The spa tub was not working. The lights over the spa tub was not functioning. The jets on the spa tub was not operating

Beds were poorly made, bed sheets were stained and did not look clean and fresh. We asked to replace and redo the beds. The guy at reception did bring us new bed sets that were from the laundry but did not look great either. We had to replace the sheets and pillowcases ourselves, there was no room keeping. Other that beds, everything was totally acceptable. No way we would return to this place in the future.
