There wasn't any extra linen like it was stated and only one pillow other than the pillows on the couch and loveseat.

The room didn’t seem the cleanest. There was a layer of dust on the desk, tables and nightstands like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while. I wouldn’t necessarily say it was dirty, just dusty. If I could make one suggestion, though, it would be to consider getting a larger rug for the living room because having kids in there it seemed to echo a lot, even when they were being relatively quiet and I was worried it was bothering neighbors.

We liked the location, loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The playground was a great addition when we needed a break from going out. The price for the amount of space was great!

First of all, first day live cock roaches in Dishwasher, on stove top and counter top. Reported this to the office. Day before leaving pest control came to spray condo. Dishwasher would come on but never cleaned any dishes. Had to hand-wash dishes. Smoke alarm kept beeping maintenance replaced battery but it did not fix the issue, so maintenance took smoke alarm down. The living room tv and one bedroom tv were not connected to the cable network. Maintenance did try to fix the issue a couple of times. The main issue I have is the cockroaches. NO EXCUSE FOR THAT WHATSOEVER. QUITE HONESTLY FEEL I SHOULD BE REFUNDED FOR THE STAY. I'M HOPING NONE HITCHED A RIDE HOME WITH US.

Nasty, Not been cleaned, door knob falling off, key pad not working properly Hair,food and other substance ...still in bed sheets, stains that looked like Pee and makup on pillows closets were filthy rotted dishwasher scum and soap pods still in diswasher 2nd toilet wouldn't flush ROACH crawling on wall in living area and one in kitchen area and had to keep calling customer service on the phone which had to be relayed to owner and then call back and maintenance finally showing up saying theres nothing they could do at the time so having to pack everything back up and move to another unit wasted about 2 and half hrs of our day, or should say evening seeing you could not check in till 4:00 (amd check out is 11but key pad did not want work

Facilities not centrally located among buildings. If you are in building 5 during winter too far to walk to pool.

We only had two issues with the whole property One was in the master bedroom, and the other in the Living room. In the MB The headboard is right against the wall and with every movement it hits the wall. My husband put two wash clothes on both end piece so it helped with the sound of hitting the wall. In the LR one of our kids wanted a bed to himself but the sofa bed was absolutely horrible! You could feel every spring. My son ended up just sleeping with his sibling in the second bedroom.

We loved how spacious the condo was for our family of 5. The location is close to everything but was still quite. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean.

Sofa bed was filthy and refrigerator leaked water all over the kitchen floor and when I brought this to the attention of the person in charge, her exact words were how about you just getting another room across the street and I’ll just refund your money, this is at 11:30 pm and I’m already unloaded and have a mother with me who’s 91 years old and she expected me to pack back up and find something that late in the evening, very rude and then the following morning the kitchen floor is laying in water and she tells me that I need to drain the bottom of the refrigerator and clean it up because that refrigerator freezes up in that room and the only other option was to clean it up and then turn it off, so I had to deal with water cleaning and checking on it daily, there was a terrible smell throughout the whole stay that left us sick and unable to rest at night, would never recommend this facility to no one!!!!!
